Ok, Naranili isn't the fast one. BUT i like this plugin, because it works perfect with Gravity and Wordpress.

Doesn't work as expected, no support whatsoever on any channel.
Plugin is not working, poor and very bad quality support.
I'm very disappointed.
Does not work. It was a waste of money. Do NOT BUY THIS PLUGIN

Sometimes it would help to read the documentation.
This plugin sends out the wrong files to people. Also, it's very unreliable. I emailed the creator for support and have not heard back. The support says to wait up to 5 days for support, but with such a major malfunction, 5 days is too long. I will be asking for a refund.

This is a Problem of Gravity Forms. Not this Plugin.
This works perfectly. A lot easier than other versions. The instructions are a little hard to follow at first, if you don't know your way around gravity forms. But it's a slick plugin.

This plugin is getting better and better. Author is including nice features over the time. Also plugin is updated with latest versions of Wordpress and Gravity Forms. Keep up the good work.

This seems to break on any site after a few uses. The DOCX that you download has an error and cannot be opened. Replacing the docx in the settings doesn't fix the issue either. This has happened to me on 3 different sites over the last year and a half where I have to just stop using this plugin. There doesn't seem to be a fix yet either.
