I bought your plugin 1 year ago but only now I start to work with… so no more support availability and I have just one question: I noticed, even in your demo that if you have a left column with characteristics titles (like dual core demo) , whe we go to responsive (mobile), the first column..goes to the top !

So when on mobile you check the columns with the data written, you dont understand to which characteristics it belongs… Any solution ??

Hi,

Please contact us via our profile page – https://codecanyon.net/user/granth#contact – then we can discuss what possibilites you have.

hi there Attila, thanks for sharing the code i put it in the 7 theme custom css/ javascript area and it worked for making whole column clickable. however, if i change other theme, it doesnt work even i put the code there, any help pls?

also.. how to make the code to wrap the body as well but not just the footer area pls?

Hi,

Yes, as you lost settings if paste it in the theme panel. I suggest to create a plugin for your code then you won’t lost if you change the theme.

Attila

Does your plugin offer any conditional options? So for example show button A to free users and button B for logged in users?

Hi,

Thanks for the interest. Unfortunately we don’t have such option.

How do I add tooltips to the rows in a pricing table?

Hi,

Thanks for the purchase. When you edit a row and 2 content area appears. The first is for the content and the 2nd one for the tooltip content. Please note that only body rows have tooltip options.

Have a great day! Attila

Hi Pre-sales question. I want to create tables with prices and have those prices with strikethrus and other prices above or to the side of them to show that the price is on sale. Possible?

Hi,

Thanks for the interest. We don’t have a separate field to set old and new price, but you have an option to use HTML in the price field and it can be done using some basic HTML code. It’s easy we can help with it.

You can contact us via our profile page if you are interested in the details before the purchase: https://codecanyon.net/user/granth#contact

Have a great day!

When do you finally care about mobile administration?

Example: It is completely impossible to create, edit and modify the price tables on any iOS device such as an iPad Pro 12.9” which I have always been around.

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. Noticed that, first we do some test to invesitgate things then we do our best to make things better on mobile devices soon.

Then please bring back the button compatibility on mobile (iOS) devices. I have placed buttons in my price table that don’t work anymore.

Hi,

We fixed that issue a month ago. There was a minor bug in the 1st release of the current version (only one line in the js code). After fixing the code we reuploaded it to Codecanyon. Please download it again and update the plugin. The version number is the same v3.3.6.

Hi, still no support for WPML ?

Hi,

I sent the required info in email.

Best,
Attila

Hi Attila – Thank you for the infos you mailed:

“As I said you cannot translate the table with WPML diectly. You should create more versions of it. E.g. and english version then clone the table and e.g. a german too.

The problem is that WPML wants to translate the every custom post type by default. Our plugin uses a custom post type to store data so WPML wants to tranlate that too.

Navigate to WPML -> Translation Management and click on the Multilingual Content Setup tab and scroll down to the Custom Posts section. Find the Go Pricing and opt-in the “Do Nothing” option. Then WPML wont find that version.

Then you should paste the english table to the english version of the page and the german to the german version of the page.”

As far as i understand – “Go pricing” works with WPML but does not support the WPML functions for translation.

Yes, follow the instructions WPML won’t try to find automatically the translated version of the table. You can insert one table to one language version of the page and another table (you can clone and modify it your needs) for the other language version of the page.

This method works and tested many times, by us and other users.

The only difference is here that WPML doesn’t link these separate tables together. Maybe we can do improvements regarding this in the future, but it’s not on the top of our list now.

The process I sent you is tested by other users, so it’s ok, no worries about this.
