It works very poorly, the mapping interface doesn't accurately map the field value, if you have many fields to fill a PDF I'd avoid this plugin.

poor customer support, application is not working as intended but developers are not responding to my queries.

It is not working like promised.
When generate pdf the bottom is not there and more then one has complained to this in comments and i can not se det developer is answer on this.

I am waiting for an answer for over a month because the plugin does not work properly. Unfortunately, the promised support is not kept. Despite multiple requests. What is going on?

haven't had really any issues with it, it seems to work the way it's needing to, and it makes it easier for some of the forms we have when someone says they didn't do it and we have something showing they did.

It doesn't work. Every 5 minutes I have to registrate it...

I had a few problems getting the plugin to work with the Brizy form builder - No problem, ClimaxWeb fixed the problem - Great support.

The plugin itself is working really good and easy to setup.

I am giving one star because that the plugin broke my gravity forms and I am getting no answer for my ticket - We pay on codecanyon also for the plugin and also for support but I am sad to say that in this case, the plugin is not working and also I am getting no support! very disappointed!

Very flexible plugin, that is especially useful if you need to use your own pdf template. The plugin let you use the content of your forms and place it very precisely on your pdf with a lot of available options.
The Author also nicely helped out when I had an issue with my site configuration that rendered the plugin unusable at first. I highly recommend this plugin.

Don't do what it says it does, trying to get a refund.

Just an easy to use Plugin - love it!

Awesome plugin. Really meet my requirement.

I have hand-written many, many PHP forms that utilize the FPDF library to create PDF's from the form input data. It's a huge pain that takes too much time. This plug-in has trimmed my dev time down to less than 10% of the time it used to take. Easy to use, predictable results, Highly recommend.
