1. You have to choose yourself package. The functionality is similar, but only a few flipbook has support for PDF (it is always described in the product)
Remember that Flash does not work on mobile devices.
2. Plugin contains basic documentation for the user.
3. FlipBook works on windows, android and iOs.
No need for additional applications.
4. You mean the logo? Yes, in most cases, you can add a logo.
5. FlipBook does not have and does not require additional applications.
6. Only turn.js which is downloadable for free. You can buy it if your project is commercial.
