Hi you, if you have just updated module, please deactivate then activate again and check whether issue is resolved. You can also try clearing browser cache.
Clear the cache on the browser MacOS: Shift+Command+R and WinOS: Shift+Ctrl+R.
If it still does not work, you can provide me demo account to access system for checking, or let me know time frame when I can remote support. Please contact via email polyxgo@gmail.com
Regards,
Can you explain more about this feature? When creating a sticky note, where can I save it if I log out of my site? How can I remember the notes I’ve written? And how can I retrieve them if they disappear?
Hello,
You can check more about this feature in the demo at https://flexinote.polyxgo.com/admin/authentication Here are some key points I’d like to clarify:
Sticky notes storage When created, each sticky note is saved directly in the Perfex CRM database. Logging out will not affect your saved sticky notes. Once users log back into Perfex CRM, they can view and manage their own notes normally.
Notes display and reminders Notes are stored on the exact pages where they were created. Wherever a user writes a note—on a client, project, or any other page—it will always remain there. Additionally, all notes can be quickly searched and viewed from the Notes Panel anywhere across the site.
For important notes, simply set a reminder—the system will use Perfex core reminders to send notifications.
Note deletion When a user deletes a note, the action includes a confirmation step and cannot be undone.
Notes are meant to serve as personal work reminders, similar to the built-in Perfex Todos.
The main difference is that users can take notes directly on the pages or modules they’re actively working on.

hello. Can I use this with my SAAS tenants?
Hello you,
Thank you for your question!
This item is licensed per end product according to Envato’s license terms.
You can use it for one installation or one client (a single end product) under either a Regular License or an Extended License.
If your SaaS platform allows multiple tenants or clients to access the same installation, that would be considered multiple end products, and you would need one license per tenant or client.
In other words, the license does not cover unlimited SaaS usage.
As I understand it, if your SaaS users are paying to access the system, then you’ll need an Extended License for each instance or tenant.
Currently, my modules don’t include license verification, but depending on how you provide your SaaS service, please refer to Envato’s official guidelines here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/42955865046297-Can-I-use-Envato-Market-items-in-a-SaaS-product
Regards,
This module really does look great! The interface is very polished and functional, especially for an initial release. Really impressive work!
That said, I did notice one small thing that make it difficult to use. The Post-It button is currently fixed in the bottom right corner and always stays on top of other elements. On several pages, such as the Proposal form, it overlaps the “Save” and “Save & Send” buttons and sometimes blocks dropdown menus that open from the top right corner.
Suggestion 1: Allow Repositioning or Hiding Could you add an option to move or hide the Post-It button? For example, being able to drag it to another corner, temporarily collapse it, or relocate it to the header area. Another idea would be to place a small Post-It icon in the top right header bar near the alerts so it is always visible but never in the way.
Suggestion 2: Manual Expand or Collapse Control Right now the button automatically expands when you hover over it to show the sub buttons. On touchscreen devices this can be difficult since hover is not always supported. It would work much better if you could click once to expand and click again to collapse, so it stays in whichever state you choose.
Again, overall, this is a very impressive module. These small usability improvements would make it even better!
Thank you
Hi you,
Your suggestions and feedback will be included in the upcoming update very soon. You can check the list of planned changes in the Change Logs section. I truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback – it really helps make the module better!https://codecanyon.net/item/flexinote-for-perfex-crm/60590690#item-description__item-change-logs
Regarding the button position, that’s something I care a lot about as well since I personally use Perfex for my daily work and tasks. It’s actually similar to another one of my modules, PolyUtilities for Perfex CRM (scroll to top & all-in-one support icons), where the Post-It icon can be personalized per user – allowing it to be placed anywhere that suits their workflow and habits. For example, I usually prefer keeping it at the bottom right for easy access.
One more thing – I’m currently integrating Perfex’s core Todo feature to be accessible directly from the Panel so it’s available everywhere. Sometimes having to go back to the Todo management page just to find a task can really slow down the workflow.
Regards,
Oh, that’s perfect! I didn’t see the planned updates listed at the bottom. It looks like you have solutions planned for all this already. Thank you!!
Hi,
I’ve updated the issues you mentioned and added some new features. After using it, do you have any further suggestions?I’m preparing a new update, so if you have any requests related to note, todo, or task features that match your workflow, feel free to suggest them. If they fit, I’ll integrate them to improve the module.
Regards,
Some completed features waiting for release:
CHANGED- Adjust drag-drop move when activating a note.
- Adjust active note to always stay on top for easier handling.
- Convert to Task: switch to blank text before inserting into Task Description because Task Description doesn’t support HTML tags.
- Increase note width up to maximum 80% of screen width.
- Fix Note Panel appearing under other notes when active.
- Fix modal backdrop conflict with some other modules causing modals to be hidden.
I’ve been testing the latest FlexiNote update extensively, and everything is working great so far. The new right-click menu is a very helpful improvement I never would have thought of! I also really appreciate the small touches, like the FAB icon turning red when the Notes Panel is open. That kind of attention to detail really stands out and shows you care about making your modules the best.
I do have a few ideas you can consider for future improvements, but overall the module is working very well for me. I’ll email those suggestions to your support address today so I don’t clutter up the comments here.
Thanks again for the great work!
Like the look of this. I would be interested in a reminder/notification feature that used the platform’s built in email and sms functions. In my scenario, I don’t use the tasks module as it is very billable/job related rather than staff productivity/efficiency related, so your module (with notifications/reminders) would be a great addon
Hello,
I’ve reviewed the notice section and agree with your point of view, as well as that of other customers. This will be updated in the next release.
You can check the list in the FlexiNote Task in Progress section.
Regards,
Cool module! Funny timing… I actually downloaded and installed a different Sticky Notes module just yesterday that does something similar. It works okay, but after trying yours, I can already tell Polynotes is way ahead in terms of functionality and overall polish. So… I guess I wasted my money on the other one yesterday. Ha ha ha!
One bug I ran into: there’s a conflict with the core Perfex Hotkeys functionality. When typing into a note, the default hotkeys aren’t being disabled… so hitting a capital E jumps to “New Estimate,” and a capital P opens the “New Project” form, etc…
Any chance you could take a look at that?
Thanks again!
Hi there,
Thank you so much for your support! From a development perspective, I believe each developer has their own integration approach and solutions tailored to different analyzed needs. I’m really glad to hear this module fits your workflow well! There are still plenty of features and adjustments planned for future updates.
Regarding the hotkey issue – it’s technically possible, and I’ve already added it to the task list for integration. You’ll have it in the next update!
Once again, thank you for your support. If you have any feature suggestions during use, feel free to share them anytime. Real user feedback helps make the module even more practical and time-saving for everyone!
Thanks as always for your fast responses and willingness to make updates to the module. I am looking at getting more of your modules as well because of the level of support you offer.
Have a nice day!
About reminder? About the staff is multiselect?
Hello, Thank you for your interest!
The features you mentioned about allowing the admin to assign a note to multiple staff members are already handled in the “convert note to task” function. This will be available in the next update.
As for the reminder feature, I’m still considering it, since it makes more sense when the note is converted to a task. Currently, this part mainly focuses on personal notes to improve what the Todo section doesn’t yet cover. I’m also working on combining Notes and Todo into one – meaning there will be a dedicated tab for Todo inside the Note Panel.
Do you have any suggestions regarding Todo-related features?
