Plugin is modifying only CSS of admin panel.
This plugin is very limited and will not let you change anything. There are many other better plugins.
This plugin is SO limiting. You can’t assign role access to particular admin pages. Say, I want to hide particular links for other users except for myself… can’t do it. Also- incredibly limiting as far as color scheme is concerned. If I wanted to change the link colors, or admin bar colors… NOPE. You’re stuck with their default color scheme, or one of Wordpress’ color schemes. Want to rearrange the menu items? NOPE! You’re stuck with the default arrangement.
Pretty lame for a “custom” admin area, and a complete waste of money.

It's almost perfect. I miss some features on this plugin, like the features on the WP Admin UI Customize.
I would prefer do all this on this plugin.
