It can rename each of the menu name on the admin left side menu.
it can not rename a plugin name at other place. eg. the plugin name in the installed list page

Here are the details :
It is WordPress multi-site running on nginx with Ubuntu 14.04×64. I have used domain mapping and multi-domain plugins. The problem is that it is giving 404 error for some css files, like the following.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) wp-content/plugins/first-admin-theme/scss/scss.php/admin_menu.scss?ver=4.3.1
Please help, it is a multi-site so needed to fix quickly.
