It’s a web application. If your server is connected to an external drive, then you can store files on that drive. Only minor modifications may be required to store files on a different drive instead of the one where the site is hosted.

Hello, File Manager and Cloud Storage is clone of Dropbox.Individual user can shared files or folders to system users. Where in document management there is no folder concept and only admin shared file to users. However document management have better search , reminder features.

When file/folder shared with multiple user you will see [number] people have access on sharing dialog. once you click on that you will be able to see the user and from where you can unshare the file/folder.

Thank you contacting us, 1) Currently it would not support multiple languages 2)You will get documentation folder, once you will purchase item where we have mention all steps to deployed on window or linux server. It would host on window or linux server but It is not support Linux shared hosting. For Linux, Either VPS or Dedicated server will required.
