Great plugin and great support! I had some cropping issues and they helped me resolve the problem quickly.
As a standalone plug-in is very hard to customize. All images needs to be the same size to be displayed correctly.

I think you didn't check our demo before purchase and you didn't know well the php code. Because the code is very simple to customize. Also you didn't open any support request.
