Hi I’m looking to buy this for a new client job and just want to double check that it will do what I need.
The client is selling bedside tables. The user needs to have the option to select the style of the wooden panels, the type of handles, the type of legs and the colour.
I’m pretty sure your plugin will allow me to do this but I just want to check before purchasing.

1. Yes you can do this with a variable product and make these options available in a dropdown.
2. This might be also another possibility by creating 3 different products.
Presale question: Is it possible to design for multiple products at a time? Say if a customer want’s to design a T-Shirt, make it so that it also generates a mockup of a sweater.
No sorry the customer can only load another product and see how it looks like with his custom added elements.

Yes you can use shortcodes to place the product designer anywhere.

User choose a size at variable product and click customize after that the right size will be loaded in customizer.

Hi Radykal, I’m going to use this for book covers, can I add a huge library of design elements for the user to use such as backgrounds fonts, add on images and so on? can the final product be downloaded as a JPG, and can it be stored for the buyer to edit later if needed, thanks!

I have had this plugin since September of 2014 and it’s never worked. I keep running the update hoping that magically it will work one day, but nearly 3 years after purchase (and several improvement suggestions I made implemented by the developer) it still doesn’t. The settings NEVER save. You configure something, hit Save Options and everything clears out and you’re back where you started.
This last update a blank pop up box appeared after update and I viewed the source and took note it’s trying to import information from a foreign IP. We completely block traffic from outside north america which of course means anything foreign a plugin attempts to display is blocked. Is it possible that the settings configurations are controlled by an external source and this is why all this time this plugin has never worked properly for us? If so, how can we resolve this as we will not change our security to open up our server to foreign traffic.
I did post this in the support forums…But I’ve never had a positive experience or resolution in your forums.

We don’t provide access to third parties to our systems. I also stated I have been unhappy with support and last time I brought it up they wanted me to cough up more money when it never worked to begin with.

Your support license has been expired, it has a very good reason that support can not be expected if you only pay a little amount of money once. Therefore please check out the support policy of envato, it explains everything to you.

Secondly, you’re going to have to learn to help your customers without confidential information. No one should be providing that sort of information to anyone without thorough vetting.
Thirdly, I asked a VERY direct question and as usual, Radykal is unable to offer an answer except for “give me more money”.

You have two options:
1. Provide the login credentials (like 99% of all customers are doing, when we asking for it), because we are not able to reproduce your issue on our system.
2. If you do want that, we are not going to help. Please request a refund, because this conversation, where we already tried to explain what we need and how we can help you, is very time-consuming.
Why can you not answer the question?
Do you pull plugin data from a foreign server instead of everything remaining native to the plugin? This is the only reason why we can think this plugin does not work out of the box no matter what type of installation we put it on (including fresh installs with no plugins but Woo & FPD) on our server.
Of course you’re not going to be able to reproduce the problem if you don’t block traffic from outside north america if that in fact is the problem.
We will never provide you access to our systems. The most we will do is provide a video showing the behavior (which is exactly as described), which we’ve provided in the past and didn’t get a resolution then either. It’s a security and legal issue. You are not authorized to access our systems and being that you’re not in the United States, can’t be held accountable legally. If you are a professional developer, you should know this.
As far as Envato’s change of policy, again we don’t care. Plugin was purchased prior. Your plugin has been a problem since purchase. Why in the world do you think we would pay for atrocious support on a plugin that has had problems since 2014?
Don’t talk to me about wasted time. We wasted nearly 3 years! I have been beyond patient. I have tried on multiple occasions to get this resolved.

Simple HTML101 error easily fixed by the developer.

Can a bleed and trim area be set in the newer version? I checked over a year ago and it was not supported yet, so I am unable to use this plugin for a printing solution.

Hi. The plugin is awesome. Can you restrict text fonts to be used when customizing the product? That is, each product has its text fonts allowed, but not granted. For logistic issues with the printing press we work with.

We need the very basic functions of this plugin. Our visitors may only edit text fields. No font, color or position change. How easy will it be to disable those functionalities and hide those options (make the interface as easy as possible).
