If I upload 20,000 .png files, will the system slow down? The file sizes are between 250 KB and 350 KB.

I just purchased the plugin and always get the following message when uploading images: “The image has a low resolution. Upload a larger image or scale down for better print results.”

Even when I upload a vector graphic, this message appears. What am I doing wrong?

My second question is, how can I completely disable the black action bar at the top if I don’t necessarily need it? I haven’t found an option for this.

The dimensions are completely wrong when exporting text to PDF. I reported this to support.

They required me to renew my support account to receive a response. I did so, and their reply was: “I believe this is a bug in our plugin. I will note this bug for now.”

I had to pay for this kind of response.

I’m really disappointed; I expected more from this support.

I purchased Fancy Product Designer expecting to create customizable products for my store, but the experience has been completely frustrating. The plugin simply does not work as it should:

The Product Builder gets stuck on “Initializing Product Designer” and never loads.

The canvas is always 0×0, even after correctly setting it to 1200×1200 px.

It doesn’t matter how many times I delete, reinstall, or create new products: it keeps failing over and over.

On top of that, I previously had a major issue where the plugin completely collapsed my hosting, filled the storage, and broke my website, forcing me to clean everything manually just to get my site back.

I can’t upload images, I can’t work on the canvas, I can’t build new products: the plugin doesn’t allow me to make any progress.

Honestly, this is not what I expected when purchasing it. I’ve lost time, dealt with serious technical problems, and I’m unable to use even 10% of what it promises.

Based on my experience: I do NOT recommend it.

I want to request a refund because the plugin does not fulfill its basic function and has caused me more problems than solutions.

We are experiencing an issue with the text resizer and add text in Fancy Product Designer on iPhone and iPad devices. When attempting to resize the text using touch gestures, the text size remains the same and does not scale as expected. Additionally, manually selecting a font size from the available options also has no effect — the text stays at its original size. This issue appears to be specific to mobile devices, particularly iOS. I just wanted to know it supports in apple devices?
