Great idea!

Thank You!

Nice idea, but all videos in your page demo show a message: Video Unavailable Sorry, this video could not be played.

Have a restriction to Facebook?

Thank you for your interest in the plugin.

As I see the Live Preview now, all the videos seem to be working fine.

The error message you have mentioned is Facebook player generated and it usually means that the video is unable to load. Reasons might be a slow internet connection or a disconnection. Please let me know if you are still experiencing the issue.

Thanks again.

can we publish offline videos too ? mean embed fb videos on WP?

Thanks for your interest in the plugin.

I assume that your question is about uploaded videos of Facebook pages. Currently the plugin does not support embedding videos other than currently live and recorded live videos. Although this feature can be added in future updates along with other great features we are planning.

We will let you know once this feature is available. Thanks.

This feature is available now in the new version. Now there is new option to embed uploaded videos (i.e. other than currently live or recorded live videos) also.

It looks like full size does not work. I presses the expand arrows and it does not go to full screen, tried with 2 browsers on Mac.

Thank you for your interest in the plugin.

This is because CodeCanyon is displaying our Live Preview inside an iframe so the browser is not allowing full screen from it.

Please see the Live Preview directly from our link and check: http://demo.shispare.com/fb-live-video-wp-live-preview/

I am on a mac too and it works fine.

Thanks again.

aha, thanks!!

You are welcome. Please feel free to contact us in case of any confusion.

when video live stream add to web, I can’t show full screen

First of all, thank you for buying the plugin.

This is a limitation from Facebook Embedded Player API. They have not yet allowed Full Screen option for LIVE videos in the Embedded Player. This can be verified by creating an Embed Code of a LIVE video manually and using it somewhere.

So the Full Screen option will only work for Recorded videos and Uploaded videos for now. We have mentioned this in the documentation. However, we promise to give an update as soon as the Facebook Embedded Player API starts supporting Full Screen for LIVE videos. We are also working on some other cool features for future updates.

Thanks again.

Hi,

Will other user be able to comment or like from wordpress? (Facebook live)

Thank you for your interest in the plugin.

They will be able to like and share, comment button will take them to Facebook page of the video. Like and share will also require them to login with their Facebook account.

I have embedded a Facebook page on our demo which is currently live. So you can see the behaviour: http://demo.shispare.com/fb-live-video-wp-live-preview/dr-josh-axe/

Let me know if the Facebook page is no longer live when you see it. I will embed another asap.

I see. Thanks for the reply.. But I need it work with the comment too.. Let me know if it available in the future! :)

It works just like any other Facebook embedded video. You can see the recently live videos on this page to know how it will behave: http://demo.shispare.com/fb-live-video-wp-live-preview/sportsnet/

Thank you.

Just now I have downloaded a fresh copy of latest release from CodeCanyon and activated it on a WordPress website. It went fine.

Please contact us using the link in my above comment and we will see the issue.

I have contacted our technical team and according to them this issue is because of old PHP version running on the server. Please upgrade PHP to use version 5.4+.

Hello from Marseille in France, I’d like to know if in your plugin visitors can vote with Smiley LIKE, Adore, haha Wow … Do you provide a comment? Florent

Thank you for your interest in the plugin.

It works like any other Facebook embedded live video.

They will be able to like and share, comment button will take them to Facebook page of the video. Like and share will also require them to login with their Facebook account.

And there is currently only “Like” option given by Facebook in embedded videos and not the other options (haha, wow, sad etc).

Thanks.

Can this be used to play regular videos as live videos on Facebook?

Thank you for contacting us.

This plugin is used for integrating facebook page with wordpress website. So whenever you go live on facebok it automatically embeds the live video on your wordpress website.

The plugin does not have functionality of going live on facebook from wordpress interface. You still have to go live using facebook app or some broadcasting software.

Thanks.

Thanks for clearing that out. Everyone is eager for a script to post regular videos as Facebook Live Videos. You should give it a thought.

We are already working on some new similar plugins. In order to keep you updated, I will comment here whenever any new related plugin is launched.

Thank you.

hello…I know it is not because of you but I hate how when you select play on the videos they do not recognise this and stop any others you have selected to play…..

Thank you for your interest in the plugin.

I am forwarding your concern to the technical team. Although it seems to be related to the behavior of embedded videos, I will let you know if it is possible to make it better somehow.

Can I use this plugin for a Closed Facebook Group which I am a member of the Group?

Thank you for your interest in the plugin.

Sorry, currently the plugin can only be used for Facebook pages.

Just bought the plugin, really awesome job!

I am using 2 shortcodes in my page template, which are: 1. Live video and 2. Recently added videos (count of 1).

Is it possible to only show one of them at a time?

If there’s a live video, how to hide the recently added video, and if there is no live video at the moment, show the last uploaded live video.

The goal is to only have a single video frame at any moment, for design purposes.

Thanks a lot, Max

Thank you for buying the plugin.

Your requirement looks to be a common use case which other customers might also want but it requires some changes in the code. I am noting it down to be added to the next update.

Please contact us using the contact form on the following link so that we give you a workaround to achieve this before the new update is available. https://codecanyon.net/user/shispare
