I bought this plugin 4 weeks ago and still can’t get past adding the license. I have emailed support, they said there was an issue and reset it. Still doesn’t work and no reply.

Yes it will embed automatically. You just need to setup once. Yes it works on mobile phone.

No because Facebook has not yet provided autoplay option in the live videos.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This is taking time because we are working on complete rebranding of the plugin as Facebook has sent us a notice for trademark infringement. We have to rename the plugin and all documentation. We are also working on the fix.

No. It does not create WP posts. Videos are embedded using shortcodes.

No, you can only integrate Facebook pages/ groups you are an admin of.

The live video currently requires a page refresh; this was done on purpose to keep minimum load on the hosting. However, the site wide notification bar is already Ajax based and appears automatically. The best workaround is to use Site Wide notification bar and link it to the page where you have put the live embed code.
I love this app but recently it has stopped. I understand that due to new changes in Facebook APIs, now Facebook app have App Types. I created a new Facebook app and selected the App Type as “None” by the updated installation guide. Everything looks good and my app was connected. However, I keep getting the below message.
Error loading: Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.
Please renew your access token from the settings page of the plugin and then re-save your embed codes. For further assistance, please send us an item support email and provide your website details.

Due to new changes in Facebook APIs, now Facebook app have App Types. Different App Types have different permissions available. Please make sure you Facebook App has the right App type for the plugin:
When creating the Facebook app you click the Create App button. Then you have to select the App Type. Please click “None”.
