Bought the plugin and it worked great until some weeks ago. Asked for support and told that they will look and solve it asap. Yesterday got a message mentioning there is an issue with Facebook API. And to solve the issue they asked for 300 USD !!!! Very disapointed and will rate the plugin with one star as I can´t give zero stars. This is the kind of reply an elite author should never give.

In your ticket, we did reply you that The problem is that Facebook has changed the API associated with the application so we will have to customize it if you agree. It is the third party’s change.

In this case, we found the way to help. But if you do not want to continue with our product, we are willing to give refund.

I entered new an id and secret, but when I press the ‘login with facebook’ button I get: Sorry, something went wrong. We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.

It doesn’t work. - created app - copied app id and secret and - put in the plugin settings - saved -went back to app, pasted the wp-admin/ecc url in the Oath section - went back to plugin setting - clincked on login with FB

-> Sorry, something went wrong.

I also added theodore on skype to be fast at receiving answer. Please let me know asap.

For customers: I’ìve been refunded due the problems with new FB API, so the Login button doesn’t actually work and the plugin can’t be connected.

Unable to install the plugin. Followed all the steps and when I click on “Login with Facebook” I get an error “Sorry, something went wrong” and nothing else. Tried many things and read other comments but no success.

I’ve set up the Facebook App with verification and everything looks good on that end, but after adding the APP ID and Secret key, When I connect to Facebook, I get this error:

“Can’t Load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.”

Please help!!

Trying to install this, the documentation is a bit messy. according to your steps provided with the installtion file, I’ve completed steps 1 – 3 (with my website being on SSL and I get an error showing: Notice: Undefined index: facebook_page in /home/ctwgwqrci2px/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tiva-facebook-events-calendar/facebook-events-calendar-settings.php on line 43

Hi, I bought this last year and it worked great until facbook changed it’s app verification process. I have raised a support ticket with CmsMart in April but I am still waiting on getting some information about how to fix the app in facebook for it to work again.

A product that hasn’t been updated since 2018 apparently, and you want me to pay you to fix compatability issues? I buy a lot of plugins on here, and this is a first! So what is the 6 months support for? Last Update 30 July 18 Created 30 July 18

The 6 months support is for instructing and support while using the product, we will fix free if it is an error from our product. But in case theme require special adjustment in our product to be able to work, you need to pay to us to customize the product so it fit your theme. But as we mentioned, this rarely happend.
