no, QR is integrated within the system, no need for any addon plugin.
I checked your demo. If I purchase regular license, will I be able to cater multiple hospital? and how is extended license beneficial to me?
If you want to white label and make modification and want to resell, you need extended license. If you don’t want to modify and resell then no need for extended license. For Multiple Hostpitals, Yes you can create multiple hospitals in single setup.
It means, I have to use equicare as product name and use it under regular license so what is the use of getting code from you. Just a soft query, may be I am missing something. Pls explain.
You can rename it with your business. The Extended license is only for reselling purpose. If you want to launch a product based on our product, That will require Extended license. If you are using this for only one client or for personal use, You can go ahead with regular license.

yes you can do that all in regular license. But one thing here is that if you are modifying the code yourself, that would void the support as We provide support for our product only and not for third party changes.
Actually, I checked the market requirement and it shows that many modification will be required in UI part because every hospital is having some specific need. Even I take regular license, I need to modify it as per market requirement. I am ok with support clause but I need full access to change code. If any part of code is restricted then I need refund because it will be of no use for me. I am talking about single client only.
You get full source code in the the bundle. You can change anything you may want. There is no restriction as we send full source code. Apart from that you check everything in demo. So once you have checked and you are sure, You can purchase it. We can not do a refund if a developer is unable to utilize or modify a particular code, It depends on their skill level. From our side we send you full code in a zip, That is yours for one client, You can do anything you like with it.
Ok, perfect. Few Technical Query – 1. How to assign newly generated QR to equipment? 2. Why internet is required when installing on localhost? 3. What is the purpose of QR Scan tab?
1. You can scan the unassigned QR code and directly add new equipment. This helps when you have a sticker print out of all unassigned QR and quickly want to add new equipment directly.
2. Internet is required to verify the purchase key
3. QR scan: like discussed before, You can scan the QR on sticker printouts and assign them on the go. Also QR scan is useful to Technicians to know current status of the equipment on already assigned QRs.

if the domain is same, then yes. Keys are based on Domain.

1. Geo tagging of equipment 2. Equipment Photo 3. How much hosting space/bandwidth will be required to cater 200 equipment’s and 1000 views using QR? 4. Any other customization – What will be the charges?

That is, in the demo, it’s not clear if the software can be translated easily and quickly. Hello Tito, Thanks for taking your time to check out our product. About your question for the translation, The code is written such that it’s easier to use multiple languages. We have a language file, which can be translated easily and we can add the new language really quick. What we need help is in translation as auto-generated translation is not always accurate. BTW which languages are you looking to add? Once we have the translation, we can fairly quickly integrate it, and can also give a setting in the settings page to set a language.

I’m experiencing a problem while trying to install the software:
When I access the URL http://domain/install, a 404 (Page Not Found) error is generated. At the same time, the browser console displays the following error: TypeError: Unable to read properties of an undefined file (reading ‘getWithTTL’).
It appears that either:
The `/install` directory does not exist or is not correctly deployed on the server; Or a required file is missing or incorrectly referenced in the installation scripts.
Can you check:
- The presence of the `/install` directory at the root of the domain,
- The access rights (permissions) on this directory,
- And the integrity of the files related to the installation initialization?

About the PHP version, if your using cpanel/shared hosting, you might have different php versions on different projects… It’s important that the php is 8.1 or above in the installation directory.

Please check using phpinfo() what php version you are getting in web. if your phpinfo shows 8.2 then you can create a ticket on our support platform: https://help.hyvikk.com/ along with hosting credentials, so we can check there for the issue.
Your system does not accept SMTP settings; you need to revise it. The SMTP setting line does not accept the punctuation

When he clicks the button, directly open the “Create Breakdown Maintenance” page and auto fill up “Unique Id No” from QR code equipment History page.
