Dear Developer,

Thank you for the update. Your script is still the best one on the entire marketplace.

I noticed that you also updated the images on the product page. I was wondering when you plan to update the design to match the screenshots, especially the creator profile.

Thank you very much.

Dear motor,

Thank you very much for your kind words and support. I really appreciate it.

The new product page images are promotional feature visuals created to explain what Dizzy includes, such as monetization, profiles, paywalls, communities, live features, AI tools, scheduling, and admin features. They are not meant to represent an exact upcoming UI replacement for the current creator profile design.

The actual current interface is the one available in the live demo, and any future design/UI improvements will be released through official updates when they are ready.

That said, improving the creator profile experience is definitely something I care about, and I will continue working on visual and usability improvements in future versions.

Thank you again for your feedback. Best regards

Hi,

Thank you very much for your quick reply. I really love this script.

By the way, my name is Botor, not Motor :) But I could even be an airplane :D

Maybe a nice idea for the future would be to create additional themes for the script that users could purchase separately. Of course, it’s just a suggestion.

Have a great day, and thank you very much for your hard work!

Hello botor,

I’m sorry I misspelled your username. That was my mistake. We’re working on a new theme and preparing the documentation. We’re syncing the new features added in version 5.4.4. Thank you for your interest, and we wish you a great day.

Hi there, I see that there are only streams for subscribers or guests. There should be an option for a general stream—for visitors, subscribers, and followers (so that anyone with the link can watch). Is there such an option, or am I just not finding it? Thanks

Thank you for your message. I believe there may be a small misunderstanding.

Live streams are public by default. Visitors, followers, and subscribers can all see and access the live stream without any restrictions.

If the creator chooses, they can require viewers to pay in order to watch the stream. This is an optional monetization feature and does not affect the visibility of the live stream itself.

What Dizzy does not currently support is creating separate live streams exclusively for subscribers, followers, or visitors. Instead, a single public live stream is created, and the creator can optionally place it behind a paywall.

So there is no limitation regarding public live streams anyone can watch them unless the creator decides to make the stream paid.

I understand, my friend, but what I’m getting at is that no one can access a live stream unless they’re logged into their account. Is it possible to watch live streams without logging into the platform?

Thanks

Good morning. Any news about the update?

Hello,

Thank you very much for your interest.

Yes, We are currently in the final stage of development. We are preparing the update package and expect to submit the files very soon.

You can also find an overview of the upcoming update in the announcement we recently published: https://codecanyon.net/item/dizzy-support-creators-content-script/31263937/comments#comment_32035700

Thank you for your patience and continued support!

Hello Mustafa,

I hope you are doing well.

I recently read the announcement for the upcoming v5.4.4 update, and I must say that the new features look very exciting. Since purchasing Dizzy, I have consistently seen meaningful improvements and valuable updates being added to the platform. I would like to thank you for your continued commitment to developing and improving the product.

One feature that particularly caught my attention is Audio Rooms. It sounds very interesting, and I would love to learn more about how it will work in practice. Could you share some additional details about this feature? Also, do you have an estimated release timeframe for v5.4.4?

Please continue developing Dizzy. I have been one of your early customers, own five licenses, and have been using Dizzy for nearly five years. It has been great to see how the platform has evolved over time.

I would also like to share a few feature suggestions that I believe could further improve the product:

1. Advertising System Improvements

I would love to see the advertising system expanded so that users can purchase and publish advertisements directly from the platform, with full management handled through the admin panel. I noticed a similar implementation in CreatorPulse, and it works exceptionally well while providing clear business value. A comparable system in Dizzy could create additional monetization opportunities for site owners.

2. Automatic Captions for Reels

Adding subtitle/caption support for Reels videos could significantly improve accessibility and engagement. Many users watch short-form videos without sound, and captions would make content easier to consume.

3. Instagram-Style Video Trimming

An integrated video trimming tool similar to Instagram would greatly improve the content creation experience and make it easier for creators to prepare videos before publishing.

In my opinion, these three features would provide immediate practical value to many Dizzy communities.

I would also like to offer one additional suggestion. Dizzy already includes a very large number of features, but only a portion of them are highlighted on the Item Details page. As a potential buyer browsing the marketplace, I might assume the platform has fewer capabilities than it actually does. I believe showcasing more of Dizzy’s existing functionality would better communicate the product’s true value and help potential customers understand how comprehensive the platform really is.

Thank you again for your hard work and dedication.

Wishing you continued success, and I look forward to the upcoming update.

Best regards

Hello,

Thank you very much for your kind words, continued trust, and support over the years. It truly means a lot to me.

I’m glad you’re excited about v5.4.4. Audio Rooms is designed to bring real-time voice interaction to communities, and I’ll be sharing more details as development progresses. The update is currently in active development, and I hope to release it soon.

I also appreciate your thoughtful feature suggestions. The advertising improvements, Reels captions, video trimming tools, and Item Details page feedback are all valuable ideas and have been noted for future consideration.

Thank you again for being part of the Dizzy journey for nearly five years.

Hello

Really responsive Thank you

Last but not least, please !!

Are users natively allowed to filter creators by gender, age, location, ... ?? Can admin add custom options/filters from its backend ??

Are custom fields set from admin panel to be displayed sitewide also supported ??

Where to find the upcomin features roadmap, please ??

Highly interested

Thank you

Hello,

Dizzy currently supports creator discovery through profile categories and subcategories. These categories can be managed from the admin panel, so the admin can add, edit, enable, or disable creator discovery categories.

The admin can also manage the available gender/profile identity options from the backend.

At the moment, the public creator listing page does not include a full advanced filter panel for gender, age range, location, and dynamic custom fields. The script already stores useful profile data such as gender, birthday/age-related information, country/location fields, and profile categories, so this kind of advanced filtering can be considered for a future update.

Custom profile fields from the admin panel are not currently available as a full dynamic field-builder/filter-builder feature. This is a good feature idea and may be evaluated for a future release depending on community demand and how many buyers request it.

Hello Dizzy; I know am not suppose to post this here but my support expired and will renew soon. But am having urgent issue, when I post reels I always get reels conversion failed. What can I do please

Hello,

Thank you for your message.

The “Reels Conversion Failed” error is typically related to the server environment rather than the Dizzy application itself. The Reels feature relies on both FFmpeg and FFprobe to process and generate Instagram-style vertical videos (9:16 format), so the first step is to verify that FFmpeg and FFprobe are correctly installed and accessible by PHP on your server.

In addition, some PHP server configurations can also affect the conversion process, such as disabled functions, memory limits, execution time limits, file permissions, or FFmpeg execution permissions. Reviewing the server error logs usually helps identify the exact cause.

Please note that I am continuously improving Dizzy and preparing future updates, including the upcoming v5.4.4 release. Ongoing development, maintenance, bug fixes, and new features are made possible through active support renewals, so your support renewal is greatly appreciated and helps ensure the long-term growth of the product.

Once your support is renewed, I will be happy to assist you further with troubleshooting and identifying the exact cause of the conversion failure.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Thank you so much I appreciate you taking out time to reply me

You’re welcome!

Good day Developer,

Please help me check on the ticket update . the ticket number: #xEsLxRMx

Already answered.

I gave feedback that could help both us and you; this would make the code unique, and it’s unlikely anyone here would have something similar because the code is wonderful. What’s really needed is to keep users on the platform, because the platform needs something to keep users there. #nj8Rk60L

To do this, you can enable the landing page. This way, they’ll see the homepage in landing page mode.

Could you please explain it to me in the call or right here?

Hi,

Thank you for the suggestion.

I understand your point. Dizzy already includes a guest landing page, so visitors who open the homepage are not taken directly into the full member area. The landing page is designed to introduce the platform and encourage visitors to register or log in.

However, your suggestion is slightly different. You are referring to a stricter “members-only” behavior, where visitors cannot browse profile/content areas before creating an account.

Dizzy already includes profile visibility options, so creators can control whether non-logged-in visitors can view their posts. This gives site owners and creators more flexibility.

Making the whole platform private by default is not always the best approach for every website. Public profile previews can help with SEO, social sharing, creator promotion, and user conversion. For some private-community projects, a stricter members-only mode may be useful, but for many creator platforms it can reduce discovery and traffic value.

For this reason, we do not consider the current landing page behavior incomplete. The better approach would be an optional admin setting, such as “Private Platform / Members-only Browsing”, where the site owner can decide whether guests can browse public previews or must register before viewing profile/content pages.

We will keep this suggestion under review as a possible optional setting for future improvements.

Best regards, Dizzy Support
