Hi, do you plan to add a private vault/folder system in the future? Like a place where users can upload photos/videos privately first, and later choose to share them or make them public.

If anyone likes this idea, please vote for it on the suggestions page. :)

The Vault feature was added in version 5.4.3. ;)

COOL, You are the best :) Thank you very much. This is still the best script on the entire market.

I have just one question: why is it that the Profile page, the Marketplace page, and some other pages do not have a menu button in mobile view? It can be quite confusing at times. Is this intentional, or was it simply overlooked? Thank you very much.

Hi,

Thank you for your kind words. I really appreciate your feedback.

This is actually an intentional design choice. On those pages, such as the Profile page and Marketplace page, there is no left-side navigation menu on desktop devices either. The mobile layout was designed to follow the same structure and behavior as the desktop version for consistency.

That said, I understand your point. Depending on the amount of content and navigation options available on a site, having a menu button on these pages could improve usability and make navigation more intuitive for mobile users.

It is something that could certainly be considered and added in a future update if there is enough demand for it.

Thank you again for the suggestion and feedback.

Best regards

Hi, Can you answer my ticket please? #wkiS9VUQ Thanks

Hello, dear botor, I need to resolve the issue you mentioned in your ticket by updating the script. I’m currently working on the update, and it will be finished shortly; the issue in your ticket will be resolved very soon.

Can you help me? #nj8Rk60L

Already answered you can check your ticket. ;)

The script has clearly improved, the design, the left column is absolutely fantastic, but I think the right column has too much unnecessary information, and if only the author had thought it through completely)

Will there be fees that can be included in the broadcast?

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

The right column is fully manageable from the admin panel. Since this is the public demo website, almost all available sections and widgets are currently enabled to showcase the platform capabilities. Administrators can easily disable unnecessary sections or simplify the layout according to their own platform vision.

Yes, the platform already supports paid live broadcasts.

The admin can enable paid live streaming and define the minimum entrance fee from the Live Streaming Settings area. Creators can then create paid live streams by setting an entry fee in points. Viewers join the broadcast using wallet points, and the platform/admin commission is automatically deducted from the creator earnings during the transaction process.

But the issue you were experiencing was resolved the same day. You deactivated AgeVerify and activated Didit, but Didit is now showing a key error. Please reactivate AgeVerify from the admin panel. Select AgeVerify and click the Save button at the bottom.

The Didit integration is configured and the workflow is published, but Didit is rejecting the verification session because the Didit Business account does not have enough credits. Please top up your Didit account at https://business.didit.me, then try the age verification button again.

Hello, please I have a question. Would it be possible to create a function where registration could only be done through a generated referral link?

otherwise registration would be prohibited

does dizzy script has 360 image format while i can upload 360 image format? on the platform

No, we don’t have that feature. And we don’t plan to add it at this time. We might add it in the future. However, it’s not currently on our roadmap.

Hi, I’m having trouble uploading a video to Cloudflare R2; the videos appear like this. https://ibb.co/N25Tsmpv

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out.

I checked your item support status and it looks like your support expired on 08/08/2023. To help you with the Cloudflare R2 video upload issue, please renew your support first.

Once your support is active again, send us the details and we’ll gladly investigate the problem.

Best regards.

Dear Dizzy Community,

First of all, thank you for your continued support, feedback, suggestions, and patience. Over the past year, Dizzy has grown significantly through major updates, new monetization tools, live streaming improvements, creator-focused features, community systems, payment integrations, storage options, admin improvements, and many stability-focused changes.

I carefully read your comments, support tickets, and feature suggestions. Many improvements added to Dizzy were shaped directly by real user feedback. This will continue.

At the same time, I would like to clarify a few important points so we can keep communication fair, professional, and productive for everyone:

  • The comments section is suitable for general pre-sale questions, feature clarification, update announcements, and public feedback.
  • Installation-specific issues, server configuration problems, payment gateway setup, FFmpeg, storage providers, LiveKit, VAPID, domain migration, update errors, or private website debugging must be handled through the official support ticket system.
  • Some advanced features require correct server configuration, third-party credentials, HTTPS, cron jobs, API keys, or provider-side settings. These cannot always be fully demonstrated or configured at the same time on the public demo.
  • If your support period has expired, please renew your support package before requesting private technical assistance. The same support policy is applied equally to all customers.

Please also understand that Dizzy is not a simple small script anymore. It has become a large creator monetization platform with many connected systems. For this reason, every update requires careful development, testing, database compatibility checks, documentation updates, and long-term planning.

My goal is not only to add features quickly, but to build them in a stable, scalable, and sustainable way. Feature requests are always welcome, but priority will be based on real demand, technical feasibility, platform stability, and the long-term benefit for the majority of users.

If you have a feature suggestion, please share it through the suggestions system so other users can also vote and help shape the roadmap.

Thank you again for being part of the Dizzy community. I will continue improving the platform, listening to constructive feedback, and working to make Dizzy stronger with every update.

Best regards,

Hello, please provide some information. I installed vapid in the terminal, I have generated the key, but now I don’t know how to tell if it works and I don’t know what to enter in the subject. Have a nice day, you are doing a very good job,

Hello,

Thank you for confirming our previous explanation through your updated review.

As already stated, the matter here is not a non-working feature, but a technical setup and environment-specific configuration request that falls under support assistance.

The functionality itself exists and works correctly when properly configured. However, advanced integrations and server-side implementations cannot be automatically configured through a public demo environment.

Our support policy remains the same for all customers and is applied equally and consistently.

Best regards

Hi, I don’t mean it badly or maliciously. But if you present a script with some functions that then in the end cannot be set by the user, then don’t put them there and put it in a possible extension like other scripts do, then it will harm you and your script the most and then the users will be frustrated, you can’t be surprised that some users don’t want to give you access to their server and send their passwords to the database and web hosting. You are very smart and you are doing a good job. I keep my fingers crossed and have a nice day

Hello,

We appreciate your clarification and your constructive approach. Feedback is always valuable to us.

However, it is important to note that advanced systems such as push notifications, live streaming services, FFmpeg, storage providers, and third-party API integrations naturally require specific server-side configuration and technical setup processes. This is not unique to this product, but rather a normal part of how advanced and professional platforms operate.

The related systems are fully included within the product and are actively used successfully by many customers. The demo environment, on the other hand, is intended to showcase the overall capabilities of the platform and is not a production environment where every possible configuration and optional infrastructure is enabled simultaneously.

We also understand and respect security and privacy concerns regarding server access. For this reason, direct server credentials are not always required during support processes. Depending on the case, assistance can also be provided through logs, error outputs, screenshots, and guided technical instructions.

At the same time, as with all customers, technical support and environment-specific configuration assistance must proceed through the official support system and within an active support period. The same support policy is applied fairly and consistently to all users.

We also appreciate your positive comments about the project and your good wishes.

Best regards

Thank you for your kind words and honesty.

I completely understand, and I truly appreciate your interest in the project. There’s absolutely no pressure. You can purchase it whenever the time is right for you.

We’re continuously improving the platform and adding new features, so the product will keep becoming even more valuable over time.

Wishing you success in your projects and financial journey. Hopefully we’ll see you as part of the Dizzy community in the future

Amen. Yes. Thanks

Hi Just if you have a time :) #wkiS9VUQ Thanks

Hi Thanks, it is reanswered :)

1. Are creator subscription tiers supported ??

Creator defines multiple subscription levels (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold) in their admin panel, setting a price for each and publish posts (images, videos, text included) and can lock them to specific tiers. Only subscribers of that tier or higher can view the content.

2. Are voice chat/rooms and pay per minute audio/video calls supported ??

Hello

3. Are Livekit, offline payments & custom currency supported too ??

4. Plus, can users also pay to use the platform ??

Hello,

Thank you for your questions.

1. Creator subscription tiers

The script supports creator subscriptions, but not in the exact Bronze / Silver / Gold tier structure you described.

Currently, creators can set subscription prices by period, such as weekly, monthly and yearly. They can also publish content for subscribers only, or create premium pay-per-view posts.

However, multiple named subscription levels such as Bronze, Silver and Gold, with “this tier or higher can access this post” logic, are not included as a ready-made feature. This can be developed as a custom feature, but it is not available out of the box.

2. Voice chat / rooms and pay-per-minute audio/video calls

The script supports one-to-one video calls. Video calls can be free or paid with points.

However, the current paid video call system charges a fixed point amount when the call starts. It is not currently billed per minute.

There is no separate voice chat room feature included by default. Audio-only behavior may be possible by using video call controls, but dedicated voice rooms would require custom development.

3. LiveKit, offline payments and custom currency

LiveKit is supported. The admin panel includes LiveKit settings for live streaming and video calls. LiveKit can also be used for OBS / RTMP live streaming.

Offline/bank payment is supported, especially for point purchases. Users can buy points through bank/offline payment, then use those points inside the platform. If you need offline payment for every checkout type directly, that may require extra customization.

Custom/default currency is supported to a practical level. The admin can choose the default currency, configure currency formatting, and set the value of 1 point. If you need a completely new currency that is not already in the currency list, it can be added, but payment gateway support for that currency should also be checked.

4. Can users pay to use the platform?

Users can pay for many platform features: buying points, subscribing to creators, unlocking premium posts, paid live streams, paid video calls, donations, products, and paid communities.

There is also a Community Plan system where creators may need an active plan to create communities.

However, a global “users must pay before they can use the whole platform” membership/paywall system is not included as a ready-made feature. That can be built as a custom feature if needed.

Best regards
