We have bought multiple (5) licences for this plugin and been using it for a long while. Thank you for developing it, I really enjoy building directories with the plugin due to the flexibility it provides. I have a problem to mention though:
After the recent update I tried Recounting Posts in System – Tools (I needed to do it as some categories were not showing after two plugins merged into one), the process runs until a moment close to the end and no matter how many posts we have (a site with 100 posts and a site with almost a 1000 posts), when it’s very close to the end it gets stuck with the following error: An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 181 of the file /home/[server-name]/www/[site-name]/wp-content/plugins/directories-pro/lib/components/Entity/SystemTool/RecountSystemTool.php. Error message: Uncaught TypeError: array_keys(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, int given in /home/[server-name]/www/[site-name]wp-content/plugins/directories-pro/lib/components/Entity/SystemTool/RecountSystemTool.php:181 I also see an error on console in the browser: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500

Hi there, I am writing to report a bug I am experiencing with the “Report” feature in the latest version of the plugin.
The Issue: When clicking the “Report” link on a listing, the modal popup opens but remains completely blank.
Upon checking the browser console, the following fatal JavaScript error is thrown:

I am currently utilizing the User Directory feature. While it is a great addition, I’ve noticed a significant limitation regarding organization and filtering: there is currently no native way to assign or manage hierarchical taxonomies (like Categories or Locations) specifically for Users.
The Problem: Without native taxonomy support for users, it is very difficult to create a functional frontend filter. While custom fields can be added for “Location,” they do not support hierarchical structures (Parent/Child) as effectively as a native taxonomy does. Additionally, standard WordPress billing/shipping fields are not viable for frontend directory filtering.
The Request: Could you please consider adding an option to enable/assign taxonomies (Categories, Locations, and Tags) for User Directories?
Why this would be helpful:
Filtering: Users could filter the directory by specific regions or professional categories just like they do with standard Listings.
Hierarchy: It would allow for complex location structures (e.g., State > City > Neighborhood).
Consistency: It would bring the User Directory feature to parity with the Listing Directory, making the plugin much more versatile for membership-based sites or professional marketplaces.
Currently, the lack of these options makes it difficult to scale a user-based directory. I would love to see this integrated into a future update.

Hi there, When I create a user directory and integrate it with the WooCommerce ‘My Account’ dashboard, there is no option to edit user details on the frontend. Specifically, the ‘Profile Edit’ link is not appearing. Could you please investigate this? Thanks.
In Field Manage > Field Sets
like Columns and group, in “Fieldset” you cannot move out any element from it and you cannot move in any element to it.
I think this is not normal and logical.
Also for directories that were created before adding Fieldset update, the Fieldset becomes unusable because they cannot put their old elements in the Fieldset and have to remove them completely
Please fix this simple but big problem in the next update.

This is NOT a bug and is not as simple as you mentioned. However, we will take this as a feature request for a future version of the plugin.

- all the elements that are in the fieldset cannot be use in the directory filter
- and can not use in dynamic content elementor as well as the other elements.
I think fieldset needs more maturity and development. Because with the limits, it is not usable in many cases.
If you solve these limits, Field manage will be very very flexible and will have more power with Fieldset.
I would appreciate it if you could do this in the first future update.

Now I see in the Fieldset that when we add a new element, In the opened window for the field “New or existing field”, When we select the exist field and then save the manage field, In the directory submit form, we cannot use this element and when we push the Submit button, the error “Invalid bundle: job_fs_” appears and the form cannot be submitted. We tried this in the backend and we encounter the following error.
Please accept my apologies. With these limitations and existing errors, what is clear is that fieldset is only used for very small, pointless and unprofessional directories. Please fix this section completely.
Please clarify whether you will fix these limitations in the first update so that I can wait or not use it like other users.

Oh my God, in our Manage Fields we can see two elements that are completely similar:

What is the difference? I didn’t see any explanation about this in the documentation.

The “fixed” version uses multiple table columns for each individual choice (i.e., a fixed-column structure) to improve query performance. If you have a better name for this, we would appreciate your suggestion.

If we add a catalog search and a shortcode for listings with a map below it, then the search dropdown will appear below the map because its position is Z-index 500.

It seems strange that this is such a minor issue that you still haven’t fixed. Your search is conflicting with your listing.

But if we scroll down the page and then back up (the map first pins and then unpins), right after that, it will always be on top. This is because its Z-index remains at 500, while the dropdown menu’s Z-index is 100. Guys, this is your mistake.

After updating the plugin, all translations in Polylang and Loko Translate were lost. Are you planning to fix this or do I have to start over? All the strings are translated and there are translation files, but the plugin doesn’t see them. I suspect that the structure or name has been changed.

Has anyone had issues with the marker clusters not working on the “map” view mode. They seem to be working OK on the “list” view mode.
We have a medical office directory and are trying to add the services to the claim page and cannot find a way to do this. I have services listed as directory and linked to the listing itself, meaning, the list of services appears when a user performs a search.
However, when a user is going to claim the listing, I cannot see a way to have them select the predefined services and link this to the existing service directory.

Hi there, The woocommere dashboard integretion is not working as expected. It says ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
When selecing the Page, should i select default My Account page of woocommerce if i want to integrete dashbard panels? i did this and enabled both option : - Check this option to show dashboard panels on the WooCommerce “My account” page. - Check this option to redirect dashboard access to the WooCommerce “My account” page.

No problem, i fixed it. Pages> Frontend Dashboard we need to select the page that has shortcode [drts-dashboard]. By default, the page selected will be My Account, we need to select custom page with the shortcode [drts-dashboard] and then directoriespro dashboard works along with woocommerce my account page like how it worked earlier. Has anyone had issues since the upgrade to version 2 with Subscriber users no longer able to drag photos to reorder them in their profile?
We upgraded from v1.14.41 to v2.0.x and are experiencing a PHP rendering bug that is outputting 1”> as visible text in the HTML, which is breaking pagination and mobile filter functionality.
The bug: Inside drts-view-entities-header, the following HTML is being rendered:
1”>The string 1”> is appearing as visible text content inside the nav div instead of being rendered as an HTML attribute. This corrupts the layout and swallows the pagination controls.
Issues caused by this bug: 1. Pagination controls do not render—the data-row=”2” div is empty except for the 1”> artifact 2. Filter results do not display on mobile after applying filters 3. Filter stops working on desktop when pagination is enabled 4. Listings page is not functional on mobile
Environment:

This bug persists through v2.0.1, v2.0.2, v2.0.3, and v2.0.4. Please advise on a fix or workaround.

update to 2+ went well except the map is small at the top- I used to have list with show map and the map would be 100% width- now its small on the side around 300 px wide it
on mobile it goes to full width but desktop it doesn’t- i can live with that
seems to have corrected on 2.0.2
but possibly (or i am doing it wrong) the listings under the map are single column even if set to 3 columns it only shows one (which the bulk of my users are mobile so no issue) but on dektop would be nice to have the columns work

It’s a great plugin but you really should have a support forum. I have emailed twice about an issue I’ve had since updating to the new version and I am sure you will respond, but it could be something others have experienced too. Someone might already have the answer and it would have been useful to have that contact with other users over the weekend.

Thank you so much. A lot of European businesses are moving away from US-owned technologies and Mollie is one of the best alternatives to PayPal and Stripe. It is in fact a lot easier to use and the fees are lower.
