Onokazu, please tell me if you’ve brought back the “fix listings to the top” feature in the new version? So that cards are fixed to the top regardless of the sorting type selected.
I’m paying for a license and I’m not getting support

I’ve conducted extensive testing and found that the error disappears if I select id instead of slug in the Permalink structure “FLAT.”
When will you fix this error? Uploading should work with the Permalink structure “FLAT” + slug
Your previous recommendations to create a page with the “reviews” slug didn’t work. https://shkoly.com.ua/reviews/ As you can see, the button for loading other reviews stops working and an error is visible in the console. )
The cause is elsewhere. Please fix this logical error.
https://scrnli.com/files/5l0jp5li9QGR6iHello,
This has already been fixed. If you need support, please contact support.
Thank you for your reply.
Dear developer, please check that the “Login via Google Account” feature is working correctly in your plugin.
A dangerous situation has occurred. An administrator logged into the site using their Google account. But instead of accessing their administrative profile, they were redirected to another user’s profile (most likely the profile of someone who had previously logged into the site using the same Google account). I don’t know how this is possible. This is a serious security hole.
The most likely options:
Error in the authorization logic after logging in via Google. For example, after Google Login, the user_id of the previous user remained in the session or cookie. When you logged in with a regular login, the code did not update this user_id. The session is being created incorrectly.
UPD: (This is most likely a user profile that previously logged into the site using a completely different Google account.)
Dear developer, could you please let me know if you’ll be reinstating the option to pin listings to the top by checking the “Recommended” checkbox? Or have you permanently removed this option in the new version (reworking the “Recommended” option into a sorting type)?
Previously, if we checked the “Recommended” box, cards always remained at the top of the list, regardless of the sorting type selected. This option helped monetize the project.

When a WooCommerce Subscription is cancelled or expires, does the associated directory listing automatically unpublish?
Hello,
Thank you for using Directories Pro.
Yes, it does.
We’re migrating an existing directory over to DirectoriesPro but when we’re manually entering the new listings into DirectoryPro, there isn’t an option to assign a payment plan. Can you assist with this?
Onokazu? Are you able to assist please?
Hello,
Thank you for using Directories Pro.
If you are looking for support, please submit a support request from the following page as this page is for pre-sales questions only. https://codecanyon.net/item/directories-pro-for-wordpress/21800540/support/contactThank you for your assistance Kazu. All working as it should be now
Hi, since after your brand new evolution of this plugin, the frontend EDIT button stopped working. Why is this so and can you kindly link us to where we can download the older model (original) of this plugin, so of us may want to stick to it, if this new model isnt workind as needed. Thanks.
Hello,
Thank you for using Directories Pro.
Unfortunately, we do not have older version available for download. If you have a valid support package, please contact support and we can create an older version package and send it to you.
You skipped the first part of the question that talks about the EDIT button not working and went straight to the part that could lead me to pay more money for a plugin that aint working as should. Pls when would you post an update that would fix the EDIT button ? That’s all am interested in. Thanks.
We’re not able to reproduce the issue or have similar report. If you need support, please contact support.
Demo is not working Tried multiple times, its not logging in
Hello,
Thank you for using Directories Pro.
We do not see any issue with the demo. Please try again.
The latest update broke my entire directory. It changed all of the slugs – for categories, listings, etc. Incredibly frustrating to have to spend hours trying to fix everything.
And another thing that broke with the update… the shortcode that used to work for displaying individual listings no longer works and has broken multiple pages on my website – [drts-entity id=”34836” display=”summary-playgrounds”]
I know this isn’t a support forum but there doesn’t seem to be anywhere else to share bugs and other feedback without paid support.
Congratulations on the latest update with its great improvements! Regarding the booking system, do you plan to add a payment option? And if so, what’s the timeframe? This would eliminate the need for dedicated online booking plugins (rent, events…)! Thanks for your reply
Hello,
Thank you for using Directories Pro.
We do plan to add that feature. However, it is still only in the planning stage, so we’re unable to provide a timeframe at this time.
Please note that this will require using Stripe as the payment gateway. We do not plan to implement this feature for other payment gateways.
Hello ! Great news, and no problem for stripe. Thanks a lot.

Hello,
Thank you for your interest in Directories Pro and we’re very sorry for the late reply.
> 1. I want use this plugin in elementor based blog website. I am currently using Soledad theme. is this plugin will work well with the soledad?
Unfortunately, we do not own that theme, but it should work fine. If there are any issues, they will most likely be minor display issues. Please let us know, and we will resolve them as soon as possible.
> 2. There will be a classified menu or link on header. On click of that link classified page will open?
We assume the menu or link you mentioned is created outside of Directories Pro. In that case, you can simply link it to the URL of the directory page.
> 3. Do this plugin has an option to create packages, where customer can select the package and pay online on the website?
Yes, you can use memberships – see https://directoriespro.com/documentation/user-directory-and-memberships/memberships.html
Or if you prefer charging users per listing, you can enable payments for listings in your directory – see https://directoriespro.com/documentation/monetization/setting-up-payment-and-payment-plans.html
> 4. Is there an option to create the both paid and free packages?
Yes.
> 5. What payment gateways can be connected?
If you use WooCommerce, you can use any payment gateway supported by WooCommerce. If you prefer not to use WooCommerce, Stripe and PayPal payment gateways are currently available.
> 6. Advertising in classified for new and update customers will not be published until Admin Approves.
You can use the “Puslish Listings” permission – see https://directoriespro.com/documentation/additional-features-and-settings/permissions.html
> 7. Is there any email validation available in the directory for new registering customers to avoid and junk accounts?
Yes, please see https://directoriespro.com/documentation/frontend-submit-and-dashboard/user-login-registration-and-guest-posts.html#email-verification
> 8. Can we set the limit of images and videos in each package?
Yes.
> 9. Is there any listing/directory customers/users login/accouny creation option? So that customer can choose the package and signup by paying on website to post he listing?
Yes, you can enable memberships, as mentioned in the reply to question 3 above.
> 10. Suppose customers has created an account to post his listing in classified/directory. Will he be only have limited access to his listing or he can access any other part or content of the website?
By default, users can access other content on the website. If you want to restrict access to certain content by memberships, that is also possible. please see https://directoriespro.com/documentation/user-directory-and-memberships/memberships.html#restricting-content-access
Please note: After updating the Directory Pro plugin, the “Load More” button in reviews stopped working. The console displays an error. Please fix this bug or conflict in the next update.

Hello,
Thank you for using Directories Pro.
We’re unable to reproduce this issue. You can see it working correctly on our demo site, for example: https://demo.directoriespro.com/places/reviews/
If you need support, please contact our support team, as this page is for pre-sales questions only.
I was referring to the error on the listings page (in the details). Here’s a link where you can reproduce the error and view the console. It’s clear there’s a logic issue: the system can’t find the ID or load other reviews that are there. I suspect this happened after updating the plugin, as you changed the path to the reviews in the new version. (Previously, the URL string contained a link to a specific listing, but now you’ve lost it.)
https://shkoly.com.ua/pryvatni-shkoly/pryvatna-shkola-logos-school/#reviewsPreviously, the review URL looked like this: https://shkoly.com.ua/dytsadky/listing/{Name-listing}/reviews/16399/ And after the update, it looks like this: https://shkoly.com.ua/dytsadky/reviews/16399/iuliia-levytska/ You’ve broken the logic—the URL no longer links the review to a specific establishment. It’s also unclear why you included the username in the URL (it’s illogical and violates privacy policies). I suspect this could be the reason for the “Load more” button not working or another conflict.
This is a major upgrade, and there are technical reasons for each change. As mentioned, please contact support if you need assistance with the issue.
But that’s not the point. You say your demo site doesn’t have this error. It does, but you have detailed pages, and there’s no “load more” button in the reviews (you display all reviews, so you don’t see this error).
https://shkoly.com.ua/pryvatni-shkoly/pryvatna-shkola-logos-school/#reviewsClick the “load more” button and check the console—you’ll see an error; the script simply can’t find the reviews. If the problem were with my project, I would contact you for help by activating support, but the problem is on your end.
Note that we have test sites other than the demo site, and it works fine. As mentioned, please contact support if you need assistance with the issue.
We checked and found the cause of this issue. If we select “Permalink structure – Flat” in the listing settings, the review upload button stops working.
If you select Hierarchical, reviews load correctly.
PLEASE PASS THIS TO THE DEVELOPER – HAVE THEM FIX IT; IT’S THEIR FAULT.
https://shkoly.com.ua/language-schools/reviews/?_page=2&parent_entity_id=23459&settings_cache_id=34133959f7d8d862bdf188b821707a0d&sort=post_modified&drts_ajax=drts-platform-render-6a381c20bec2c-1&_=1782062275396 screenshots and proofs https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/17tvqn7UTMWS5Hq2_KethOhpY_jZfDHCX?usp=sharingThe problem is with “rewrite rules” in the directories pro.
It wants “flat” to have not only a “slug” but also an “id”. If we use “flat” with a “slug” but no “id”, we get a 404 error.
You’re already talking to the developer
It does seem like there is an issue and we will see what we can do in the next update.
Thanks for the reply. We’ll wait for the update.
By the way, I encountered a similar error in one of the newer versions of the plugin (I think it was v2.0.13) – in addition to loading reviews, the “listings” function didn’t work when we clicked “load more.” I think it’s the same error related to: Permalink structure – FLAT.
I’ve reverted to the older version for now, so I can’t confirm whether this issue is present in the latest version.
Sorry, but we’re not sure what you mean by the “listings” function.
As for the reviews issue, you can try creating a child page under your directory page with the slug set to “reviews”, then run the “Reload components” tool.
The problem isn’t with the reviews, but with the Permalink structure. It affects both the reviews and the listings. It doesn’t work because the system can’t find a link to a specific ID. So, if we choose the flat structure, it must contain a slug + id. If we only use SLUG, we get errors.
The listings page works fine. There is an issue with reviews (and taxonomies) because the permalink directory/%slug% causes a conflict with directory/reviews. There is no such conflict with the listings page. As mentioned, for now, you can create a WordPress page with the slug set to “reviews”. If you need support with the listings page on your site, please contact support.
The recommendation to “create a reviews page” didn’t solve the problem. I created a reviews page and even placed this shortcode on it, but as you can see, loading new reviews doesn’t work—so there must be something else going on. [drts-directory-view directory=”schools” type=”review_review”]
