Does the system provide REST API? Does it support webhooks (for external integrations)? Is it possible to integrate with external services like DocuSign?

Does it support document versioning? Is there a detailed audit log (who uploaded, modified, downloaded files)? Can I track user activity on documents?

Can I create custom workflows (e.g. document approval, signature process)? Can workflows be automated or triggered by events?

Are documents and data encrypted at rest and in transit? Does the system support role-based access control (RBAC)? Is two-factor authentication (2FA) available?

1. Does the current package include a customer/client module? 2. Is the current version truly multi-tenant / SaaS under one installation and one domain? 3. What does your comment “version 9” mean exactly regarding multi-tenant support? 4. With the Regular License, can I run one SaaS platform with multiple customers in the same installation?

Super admin can create multiple pricing package plans & the owner will purchase that plan based on their requirements.

How is this different from having multiple branches ? Since all of the employees are in the same branch why they need to buy the package plans ?

I am the main admin I want to over see all the documents and log history of different branches I want to have admin accesses to branch supervisor for that branch only. but the branch supervisor can access to their own branch data Is this supported if so how ?

Can we also assign category or sub category wise folder access to other user? I mean instead of assigning each document one by one, I just assign full category access and user can access all documents linked under that category.
