Just writing it before proceeding to purchase, From your Live Preview site i can see multiple Navigation issues on Admin Dashboard. specifically : 1. Go To “Support Ticket” from the menu, clicking on Pending TAB title takes me to the “Pending Deposit” 2. When i click on “Payment Gateways” its take me to “Automatic Gateways”

I have a developed script which I want to be installing it for people but with licence. I.e when you purchase the script i will install it for you instead of giving you the script. However I will it licence during installation so that even if you copy the script to a different domain/hosting, it will not work. Does this your script do that?

When adding a product, it does not allow you to enter more than 9% discount. You try to enter another value but it throws an error.

Product activation works inside the downloadable item itself. This script can only provide the license key.
I cannot see any license key option in the demo. Can you elaborate where the customer can see the license key after he has downloaded the files?
Sorry for the confusion. The Purchase is separated into two types of licenses. Regular and Extended. No license key is provided with the purchase. Maybe in future updates this feature may come.

You need a license for each domain. Additionally
The main difference between these licenses is that under the Regular License, your end product (incorporating the item you’ve purchased) is distributed free of charge, whereas under the Extended License, your end product may be sold or otherwise limited to paying customers.

I have two problems with the install yet the support system will not allow me to receive a verification email so i can get help. New products will not save and the on the client facing dashboard, the text is scrambled.

I can see the email from yesterday however after adding the username/password it requests for a verification code that never arrives. It’s been two days with a script that does not work and support that does not have a working chat/support box. Others need to know.

The update works well. Please consider making some categories optional to appear on the navigation bar. The current bar expands by height for longer names or when creating several categories.

How do I set up a tax rate for purchases in DevDrops? I also noticed your demo shows SMS functionality—does that use the Twilio API, or is another provider supported?

Hi there! I bought your script 24 hours ago. I haven’t installed it yet because I’m still waiting to know how to set up tax. Right now, it looks like the script doesn’t support tax at all. That’s a big problem for places that need to charge tax (which is most places). I also saw the SMS feature in the demo—does it use Twilio, or something else? I hope an update is coming soon to help with this. Thanks!
I saw that DevDrops uses Stripe (that is one of the reasons I bought it)—am I missing something? Does Stripe handle the tax and rate based on the customer’s location, or is that something the script has to be set up to do? Looking forward to your help. Thanks!
Yes, Stripe can handle tax and rate based on the customer’s location — but only if Stripe Tax is enabled and functionalities are integrated in the script. We can customize the script to handle tax based on the location of the customer.
Hy Dear Its so nice work but i suggest you when i open product i see the page looking same digiloads but when cursor go to on thumbnail a blury live preview showing remove it from thumbnail make it below thumbnail with a button its looking great and make product page looking same as codecanyon, or codebob. frontend and some feature were so cool and new but inside product page its looking so bad , and when its single vendor make it single only and add a feature like pop up of coupon code or in header/footer showing the discount coupon code. thanks you i use one of your script you make so nice code and in affordable prices thank you.
