The frontend and email templates provided can be easily overridden, allowing you to personalize their appearance to seamlessly integrate with your website design.

While the plugin comes equipped with four default ticket statuses (New, In Progress, On Hold, and Closed), you also have the freedom to add custom statuses. This enables you to keep your customers informed using labels such as Fixing, Investigating, Testing, and more.

Translatable:

The plugin includes comprehensive translation files, enabling you to effortlessly translate it into any language of your choice.

Canned Responses:

To address frequently asked questions efficiently, you can create canned responses. These preconfigured answers can be easily appended to any ticket reply with just a few clicks, enhancing productivity and response time.

Envato Integration:

For those selling software on the Envato market, you have the option to require a valid purchase code from customers in order to open a support ticket, streamlining the customer verification process.

WooCommerce Integration:

Deski offers smooth integration with WooCommerce, enabling easy conversion of products into Deski categories for improved ticket organization and management.
