Great plugin, unfortunately there is no support. I contacted them over a month ago and never got a response, I’ve tried their support chat but it’s always offline. Unless you’re a very experienced programmer, find another plugin!

Are there shortcodes for the custom fields for each member? I’m trying to set up the individual post template (domain/ctshowcase-team-member/name/) and I can only see the post title and the post content. I can’t seem to get any of the fields like job-title, email, phone, etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
They are saved in Post Meta so you can get them from post meta table with this function get_post_meta()
We will try to support shortcodes for these fields next version.
Thank you for the response. I hope the shortcodes can be implemented soon. Just for reference, we are using Elementor so we are trying to set up a template that specifically works for the Team Members custom post type. Being able to put the shortcodes into that template would be very much appreciated. Also, if there is a way to set a custom permalink structure that would also be great. Right now it is set to “ctshowcase-team-member”. Changing that to “team” would be better.
Yes, that can be done by a simple PHP code but let’s have this feature in the next version as well.
Is there a way to have custom team ordering within each “group”? The “menu order” only creates an ordering that works for all team members. Is it possible for that to work for the “all” but then when you filter by group it rearranges the order with a custom sort for that group?

The latest is asking about adding/changing social media links. We need to show Tik Tok and can’t find a way to swap out the icons.
The tik Tok social media link isn’t available for the moment. It can be achieved by custom development. Also, we will consider adding it in the next version.
Is there a way to order the “groups” in the groups filter? It appears to only order the groups alphabetically but my client has a specific order they would like to see for the groups.

A client of mine is using this plugin, but it appeared to be deactivated automatically after the last update. Based on backups I noticed that the folder name is “Creative Team Showcase” now but it was “untitled folder” in the previous version. When you follow the normal naming conventions, the folder name should be “creative-team-showcase”.
Can you please verify these changes and make sure this won’t happen again (except for 1 last time to use the correct naming)?

the plugin seems to be auto cropping 3 images of about 20 and i can’t figure out how to have it stop doing that. any help would be appreciated.
Pre-sale question, is this compatible with Uncode theme? I know a lot of custom team plugins don’t and just wanted to check.
The product seems to function well, but support is apparently not great. Reading through these comments, I see LOTS of people complaining that the author doesn’t reply to their tickets in a timely manner. I have the same issue. Put in a ticket, nothing but crickets.

When tapping on a team member image on a mobile screen, it flips to the name/title briefly before crashing my entire site. Any idea how I could fix this? I’m using a normal grid with left modal and Style 1, which works fine on desktop browsers. Also, beyond fixing the bug, is there a way for the modal info to show on mobile screens? Thx!

There should be a way to adjust the opacity yes.
