Does the plugin have a way of deleting the wp post if the craigslist post is taken down or removed. Also is there an automated way add a link back to the craigslist post from the wp post.

Automatically removing posts which are taken down from Craiglist is not possible, but I noted this idea, will think on it.
Also, regarding the automated way to add a backlink to a Craigslist post is not possible, regarding this feature, I am not sure how this would work, but will also think on it.

The plugin can import content from Craigslist if you point it to a search listing page from Craigslist , like this: https://sfbay.craigslist.org/d/for-sale/search/sss
If you point it to the main page of the city listing, it will not work (this is a Craigslist API limitation).
Please enter ‘Import URL’ parameter, in importing rule settings, an URL similar to: https://sfbay.craigslist.org/d/services/search/bbb (or the above).

I’ve been looking for a plugin like this. So I am using this plugin for a rebuilt appliance store website. I am using the post option, with full content and images, but it isn’t showing the images from each post. The photos of the appliances from each individual Craigslist post aren’t propagating into the WP posts. This is a must for us. Can you please tell me why the images aren’t importing? For 10 years I’ve run a wordpress-based automotive website for buyers, sellers, and others within a specific niche (currently I have 45,000 posts) with readers from around the world. It’s a site I update daily.
Much of my content comes from Craigslist (but also comes from ebay and other places). To retrieve that content, for the last few years I’ve used RSS feeds from about 100 craigslists across the US (I don’t search all nightly, more likei 1/3 to 1/2). The challenge with older vehicles is that people often don’t know what to call them, so, I must search on a wide variety of variables us quotes and the | sign.
The down side of this method is that there are plenty of false positives, but I don’t think that can’t be helped. So, I must skim through the results on each Craigslist I examine.
When I upload the ads that I think fit, I must download photos, then upload photos and copy text to the post. I then categorize and tag the jeeps and comment when appropriate. I post about 20 ads a night. It’s a several-hour task daily to search, find items, upload and comment.
I’ve tested your plugin and it’s most definitely the closest I’ve seen to what I need, but without a more complex search query, it won’t meet my needs.

I wanted to implement an automated Craigslist poster, but unfortunately, Craigslist does not allow this. They state in their Terms of Use that they prohibit this. Also, they do not expose any official API that could do this.
