Q: WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR PURCHASING CORNERSTONE?


A: Since we are the same company behind the X Theme which includes Cornerstone, you essentially have two options for purchasing/using Cornerstone.

Option 1: Purchase X – each X license purchase includes a Cornerstone license.
Option 2: Purchase Cornerstone (Standalone) – can be used with any theme.

Put another way: if you purchase X, you are provided a Cornerstone license for use only when using X. If you plan to use Cornerstone in other themes, you would need to purchase a standalone Cornerstone license.

Q: HOW CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT CORNERSTONE AND DEMO THE ELEMENTS?


A: You have several ways to do this. First, we recommend checking our our Cornerstone sales page for an overview of the product. Next, you can check out demos of many of the Elements in action. We have also put together a detailed video walkthrough that guides you through the interface and using Cornerstone. Released in X in 2015, Cornerstone has been on the market for quite a while and there are many tutorials, videos, and demos online from various users including many Cornerstone resources listed on our Knowledge Base.

Q: CAN I BUNDLE CORNERSTONE WITH A THEME THAT I SELL?


A: You can under the following conditions.

  1. You must contact us to receive permission. We’d like to learn more about you, your product, and business. We are looking for individuals or companies committed to building great products, quality support, timely updates, and working with our team to address any issues that may come up so that both of our customers have a predictable and enjoyable experience.
  2. Once permission is granted, you’ll need to purchase an Extended License of Cornerstone.
  3. Your theme must be sold on ThemeForest.
We have various developer resources on our Knowledge Base (look for the Developers tag under the Cornerstone section) as well as a Slack channel: cornerstonedevelopers.slack.com. We view our working together as a partnership and want to do what we can to help you and your product succeed.
