- Clerk Api Key.
- Supabase Api key.
- Google Gemini Api Key.
- Stripe Api keys (in case of using the subscriptions and have EXTENDED LICENSE).

This item includes the full source code, but it does not include a Google Gemini AI subscription. To use the AI chatbot features, you will need to set up your own Google Gemini API key and subscription plan.
