I chose "Other" as the main reason because the support was excellent. Other than that, the software's functionality is awesome and very convenient. I have only one disadvantage, which is to apply a canned message at admin ticket creation, it would be convenient so we don't have to type alot of message when we could use a template that has all the information the user needs to know. Maybe a reply is not even needed than what they need to know, if that feature is applied as an option, i'd be fully satisfied and ready to rock and roll. Other than all that's said here. It's a well secured and very convenient software with ALOT of features. Very useful features.

Very good application but small issue with sending email only.

The support is not friendly and does not live up to agreements made.

Certain basic functionality such as searching for a customer or describing a ticket is not in the system. This is just bad because it should be there.

It is also very amateurish to not have email verification functionality for a new user. This brings a lot of unwanted tickets into the system.

I am sorry to write negatively because the product has a lot of features, but it is just not professional and unfriendly how the developer reacts.
I bought 2 licenses: one standard and one extended. So it's not about the money.

If you bought the product and you ask a question about the product that has nothing to do with support, your questions are not answered. So a customer is forced to renew support while it is not support related.
The vendor is clearly abusing his position in this regard and is not being fair.

I think the developer needs to mature a bit and have a more customer-centric attitude. I mean: what we need, not what he needs!

I'm willing to pay for extended support, but the developer's attitude and reaction keeps me from doing so.

Very few people dare to write something critical, but I will not be intimidated by someone who can do his job much better.

This is update to the recent review. I have changed my mind.

The Email to ticket still doesn't work but everything else works like charm. I want to keep the author motivated.

Thank you guys for working so hard in making this wonderful application.

Recommendations:
Please update the support docs.
Please fix the Email to support, It's very important.

Please open a ticket with a FTP account. We need to check this into your server. Cause we haven't face this problem into our server and also other client haven't face this issue. our support link https://support.appsbd.com
FTP must required also IMAP settings.

Author is hard to work with. Gets easily upset at simple requests.

Mark Rowland - There is nothing wrong with this review. ENVATO is erasing reviews and comments if the author cries. Anything with below a 4 stars gets removed when the author's cry. How does this help them Mark? How does this help other customers?

"If we are bad, then why you purchased again after getting refund. I am sorry to say, you just want to let down this product. Which you did on April 2020. That time you did same things and ask for redund after few days. Again you are doing same. Why you are doing this. Everything one is doing business, what will you get to letdown this product?

I didn't remember it was you when I repurchased! You think I can remember every author on here? Especially with a alphabet name? I OWN LOTS OF PRODUCTS. YOU AND 1 OTHER AUTHOR ARE THE ONLY BAD REVIEWS I HAVE! IN 11 YEARS!!!

However, I only suggested an email verification. SUGGESTED. I NEVER REQUESTED A REFUND THIS TIME. I AM USING THE PRODUCT. IT WORKS AS IT SAYS IN THIS REVIEW.

You used the software on that time, again you purchased and using same software and you are saying your were forget. I have also sold this item to many client, no one like you. You shouldn't review based on new feature.

You are wanting a feature and that's why you are putting a bad review. Is this ethical?

Still, you can ask for refund.

Honestly, so glad I have this. Well worth the money adnd the ability to have all the things I need, FAQS/KBs and live chat plus putting live chat on my website as well. 100% happy customer here for sure.

Pros:
- I didn't find any script with such features, this is really perfect work they are done here

For me, I already told many people about this script, because I never see something like this and the price is such a great for great script like this

Cons:
- RTL (Arabic) small issues which could be fixed and I hope they do it soon

WOW.. does virtually everything one needs.

Only thing it can not do is multiple imap accounts, ie 1 email account import per a department. Other than that it does everything.
