Author is hard to work with. Gets easily upset at simple requests.

I didn't remember it was you when I repurchased! You think I can remember every author on here? Especially with a alphabet name? I OWN LOTS OF PRODUCTS. YOU AND 1 OTHER AUTHOR ARE THE ONLY BAD REVIEWS I HAVE! IN 11 YEARS!!!
