WOW.. does virtually everything one needs.

Only thing it can not do is multiple imap accounts, ie 1 email account import per a department. Other than that it does everything.

This is a great product that competes very well with most cloud based support systems that have huge monthly recurring fees per agent. I strongly recommend it. I also recommend the consideration by the developer of the following features:
1. Ability for system to auto-assign tickets by using keywords in the email address (such as domain name) and keywords in the body of the email.
2. User Forum

What superb support I got from Sarwar for this product.
For some reason (host configuration!) the product would not accept my product key. Within a couple of hours and a couple of messages using their support system it was all up and working. Using their support system showed me how the product works and how professional it is.
They are continually updating this product, so if you have ideas for features then let them know. Same goes if you find an issue then let them know.

This IS the Support Ticketing system you need if you are looking at self-hosting.

Its a good choice for all who want to use a knowledge base connected with a ticket support system with important features.

I am devlopper At first I thought it was just another online ticketing app (there are several). However, after a glance, I realized that they covered a lot more ground than that. I was very surprised Navigation nice and clean and very easy to use I do not think that any other web application can even compete with Best Support Live Chat System on the web and customer service no need to to worry about installing updates this is done automatically by pressing a single button
I can manage my schedule, manage the agents send the request receive payments from one place. It's incredible. Live Chat I run my entire business under Best Support System-Live Chat on the Web and Customer Support Support and Support Help Center for Tickets I'm really happy with this product and when I need help compared a few things that I do not understand or for a configuration you answer me quickly so I give a 10/10 I will buy your next awsome products good luck

This support system plus webchat script is the best in the market. The coding and features is excellent. Perhap, future integrate webchat on existing website would make this product the best in the market.
