I have used lot of helpdesk softwares, freshdesk, zoho desk, ostickets etc., Hosted versions have lot of limitations, alos it is not good to share our client information to 3rd parties. That's y finally came to codecanyon and found your script. Features rich script! Keep it up!

After being through many helpdesk systems, from Zendesk to manage attendant, this was the one that stood out from the crowd and not for just one reason. We wanted something with felxability and customizable features. Not only does this have all the features that other helpdesk systems shine on, but after working with the support team here, they were extremely helpdesk on creating new features that would help my company work more efficiently on this system. It just took a simple conversation with the developer and it was done the same day. I am extremely impressed on how well the system runs and I would / have already recommended this product to people. This deserves recognition and would say that this product is worth more than other helpdesk systems out there.

The five star rating is for everything really. The script, customer support and everything. I've been on Envato for many years and I found good and lousy developers on here. But this is damn good! Very very happy!

The application is really good, has many options and is valid for several projects. In my case I have it installed in an educational center with more than 400 PC computers and more than 1000 students. This app has been a great help for support management.

In addition to this, it is in constant process of improvement and update

Anyone looking for a ticket system, this one is the best one i've found so far. The customer support is great, it is packed with useful features and it was up and running in a matter of minutes. I have tried other ticket systems, this by FAR is the best one! The developer is also making constant updates, and adding new features constantly which is great!!

May we know which features are missing? It has lot of features then others. Also we are adding lots of feature in next update which will be release soon. Its price only 40USD .You can't show any other app likes it fearures. However may we know which features you want?

Wish I could choose more than one category to express how awesome this application is. In addition to an OUTSTANDING job of support APPSBD has provided. I highly recommend this application.
