Hi I have a woocommerce store but I operate from venezuela and peru from 2 companies. Does this plugin support any of these 2 countries to process customers payments?

I also asked you regarding adding two ID to your beanstream plugin. You asked $50 for this. I want to go ahead with the modifications. I did not receive any response from you.

I need to delete the code that causes the Discover and AmEx cards’ logos to display. I have the drop down set so that it only accepts Visa and Mastercard. And I even have a note at the bottom that says “PLEASE NOTE: At this time we only accept Visa and Mastercard.” But people are still getting confused and very upset. So, I think you need to edit the code for this plug-in to allow for customized image displays of cards accepted. And in the meantime, can you please tell me what to delete in the code, or send me some edited code to paste in? I deleted the lines where it specifies the cards. I deleted this entirely, and it’s still showing up:

Try downloading the updated plugin from codecanyon.

I install your beanstream plugin in my Woocommerce platform. However it doesn’t work properly. Impossible to complete the payment process. This is just impossible to complete the sales process. I have the version 1.3.1 I only have the place to insert the Merchant ID. Do you have a latest version? I should find a solution. Regards, Sylvain D. Desjardins

I’ve sent three support emails over the last week and a half. this plugin DOES NOT WORK WITH UK OR COMPLICATED ADDRESSES. It fails at checkout for all UK or Middle East addresses thus far. Client is very upset so now I”m upset and I’ve been given 24 hours to fix or else. I’ve been waiting a week on email to hear anything.

I spoke with beanstream and they were able to tell me exactly why the orders for UK/Australia are failing and that is because the COUNTY code being delivered is supposed to contain two hyperns (—) when communicating to beanstream. Please let me know when this will be fixed.

Hello, We need a help. When we try paying with a credit card it says “internal server error”. We have checked the merchant ID which we inserted and everything is correct. Please advise.

1. Not necessary if you are going to accept credit cards.

2. You should receive in Bank Account.

3. You need to have SSL Certificate.

4. You need to be from US and Canada

Does credit card information go directly from the buyer’s computer to the Beanstream servers so that it isn’t stored on my servers?

Buyers credit card information doesn’t go directly from their browser to beanstream. It is sent via your server but information is never saved on your server. For this setup you need to have PCI Compliant server.

Hello, i sent you an email yesterday, regarding an issue with people placing orders from united kingdom, australia, hong kong etc… that when entering the information at checkout they get the error, Transaction Failed. Please select your state/province. However, they have already done so.. but still gives the error. Any ideas? This is urgent please.

I purchased this plugin and i currently have this plugin for Canadian merchatant account with Canadian ID..but now i want to have it process for both Canadian and US customers according to the currency selected. I need this plugin to be able to provide US merchant ID..ive tried emailing twice with no reply so im posting my question to see if i can get a reply this way..please help as i am ready to process..i have Beanstream US merchant setup and now this is only step needed to complete..thank you

This is a customization job as plugin needs to be edited to select the correct merchant id. Can you please let us know which plugin you are using to switch between currencies.
