Hi, I’m having a lot of problems after updating.
I had 2 forms on the site, one for contacts and one to collect feedback, after the update the forms disappeared and going to make a check I saw that the IDs of the form had changed, so I solved by changing the shortcodes in the respective pages.
All the old entries that were present before the update disappeared.
By trying to edit the forms, only the element bars and options are visible, but the form is not visible so I can not see what I’m doing.
If I try to fill in the client-side forms, after sending, the confirmation message returns codes that should not appear; guy:

Arforms stripe addon does is on page so, it wont open such popup but you can always create nice popup in arforms as well and ask credit card details right there.

Why there is no latest auto update for your plugin…now I have to redo all the whole form again…not a user friendly plugin

Auto update is available now in arforms but it seems you have too old version when arforms was not offering auto update. But as on now too moajority of plugin sold here at codecanyon dont offer one click update where arforms does 
and in no case your forms get lost. Perhaps you did not know how to update. You could always do manual update where all you had to do is. download latest copy of arforms from here codecanyon and then unzip it and you will find folder arforms. you just had to overwrite it to wp-content/plugins/arforms folder. and thats it.

We have tested arforms with 400 fields and it works fine. Especially when u put shortcode on page and run that page and i am sure u will be surprised. Still if it does’t work for u then we have 7 days money back policy

I already open ticket but it’s hard to wait days for every reply. Here on themeforest EVERY plugin or wp theme use comments to get simple advice or solution. Otherwise, why we need comment section? I am working on website and cannot wait days to solve every request.
I have to manage all by myself before I am getting any help desk response. You could just reply here already as every other author do on themeforest and this information will be very useful for other users who have same problem.
What is the reason to send all the time to helpdesk if we can use comments to discuss about plugin? I don’t have to give you any login or password details so this is public discussion about functionality.
It’s how themeforest work and instead of taking time and writing your comments – you can just give simple answer with solution and we can move next with our projects.
On themeforest I have notification about all my comments from all products and it’s easy to track – I cannot visit help desk 10 times a day waiting for few lines reply.

I have checked and found that you had opened multiple tickets and mostly answered on time and even solved your queries. we have clearly written here in codecanyon too that technical support will be provided through our helpdesk and it would take 24-48 hours to respond once you open ticket during week days.
And majority of authors who have good number of sales prefer to give support from their own helpdesk. As thats more convenient for both customer and author.
And you can not compare me answering here with support. Support staff has much tough job. when you raise any ticket they will have to go through it thoroughly and in some cases even have to debug as well. to its not same.
And yes regarding helpdesk u never have to visit helpdesk 10 times a day. when support staff reply. it will be emailed to you.
If you look at our reviews then you will see that many of positive review we received for our solid support only.
so, please wait for support staff to respond your ticket.

Leadpages is i think external software right?? arforms or any other form builder probably can not work with it if i am not mistaken it with something else. for any refund related request u need to go through codecanyon refund submission. if u will be eligible for refunds then surely will be processed.

No, you can not upload your own pdf document and then add form field. it does not work that way.
Arforms creates forms and then if you have pdf addon bought then when user fill up the form, the entry will be automatically converted to pdf. As well as you can customize your pdf template.

where can i find the input element? to be drop in the blank canvas
how to put the button inside the column? or put the button side by side horizontally with the input.
i cant set or drag the border-radius in the options? the input field only displays the bottom border line.
custom css codes doesnt work in the arform custom css option field, customizer custom css option field, visual composer custom css option field, theme custom css option field and other custom css option field. using the material template other templates, this is getting frustrating. this is really not working at all!

its very obvious that person who need urgent help will put comment everywhere possible but when he gets solution he most probably not gonna take trouble to thank so, you saw part where people raised request for support. But when its solved they never came back. apart from that its just very low fees product so, in no part of world any author can afford to be standby for each customer. so, kindly have patience keeping mind that support staff is human and not robot, plesae reply at helpdesk and i assure you that support staff will do much as possible

I’ll be the first to thank you and support but I can not leave a firm with the whole site ready with their customers who open the web portal see the fields to fill arform and can not send the data …..... I think I have at most another 12 hours then I “impaled” ............ today I also updated to version 3.4 and things have got worse now if I go to ARFORM from wordpress I get a What’s New window in ARForms 3.4 ….. but the OK button does not close it !! let’s exchange the roles and tell me what I have to do …... you have reported my same problem as many as 4 times why you have not solved the various versions of ?? however I created an admin access to technical support we hope that in the morning I can solve everything else I have to switch to another plugin …....

Many time it seems that issue is same because every body would write for example form is not submitting but reason could be very difference so, ARe you sure that its due to same technical reason and we are intentionally not solving it?? I can understand your frustration but out of the frustration please do not assume anything. what if it found to be issue of another plugin?? will you regret?
support staff is checking and if its found to be arforms issue and cant be solved in few hours then you can submit refund request and will issue refunds.
Please do not make it look like our support is very bad, its not true and it wont help to do that..

at this point I lost hope! 1) you have released version 3.4 with the window “What’s New in ARForms 3.4” impossible to close the OK button does not work and blocks wordpress to exit you have to make the page react. 2) now 72 hours have passed my website’s admin password, you have ftp password of my domain, I have deleted all the plugins that for the support were in conflict with ARFORM 3) do not be offended but I think you should hire someone who knows how to get your hands on the code of your plugin otherwise you do not go out.
please do not tell me that I have not been patient …...... but after 3 days I hear again that ARFORM does not work because of other plugins is unacceptable !! the support keeps telling me that my js returns a reply 301 if I knew what it meant I would have changed ARFORM by itself without waiting 3 days not to find ??

yes its better for us as well. As we hare fixing your wordpress issues. I can see that you had used other form builders too and probably same issue. For last one hour our senior most developer who dont even check support staff is checking and found that issue in your wordpress installation somehow and you are keeping us on gun point.
Total 48 hours happened we always been responsive to you. U cant kill someone if solution cant be found

I’m sorry!! ARFORM is a great Plugin…...... just to have it if you tell me that the problem is my installation of wordpress now reset my web space and start from the beginning …... are you 100% sure of this ??
Not sure how technical person you are but kindly understand this. even the checkbox of whats new or any other call of ajax in arforms is made using wordpress default ajax method to maintain wordpress standards 100%. Now, in your website any call of arforms redirects and gives 301 in response which should return actual response.
And support staff have not seen such issue in past for any user using arforms. Hence he could say that issue is in your website for some reason. may be check with your hosting provider on why ajax calls been redirected.

i think what you are asking is most probably possible in arforms. To get further assistance over it you need to buy license(arforms + paypal) and then open support ticket and support staff will be able to assist you on this matter.

Yes glad to inform you that ARForms is first gdpr compliant form builder here. tomorrow we are releasing one more update which will allow you even more control that you can even control that enable disable storing visitors ip address, browser etc data. And option to automatically include privacy policy related to arforms to default wordpress privacy policy option. For regular entry data you can put conditional checkbox to ask for users consent so, only after checking checkbox form will be submitted. ANd all the entries can be modified or deleted in admin section without problem.
so, from best of our knowledge it should have all the necessary option to make gdpr compliant.

Version 3.4 is released now arforms has facility that you can even skip storing ip etc data, And also made compatible to wordpress 4.6.9 and given text area where you can set privacy policy related to plugin.
thats not all, in 3.4 we have added support of mailerlite and done some further improvements as well.

Just download 3.3.2 from codecanyon. unzip it and you will get arforms folder. copy it and simply replace it to wp-content/plugins/arforms
and thats it. Just make sure that you keep backup of site. And make even more sure that you do not keep backup copy inside plugins folder otherwise it will give error.
