All question scores can then be added up and, dependant on total, a certain result/comment is shown?

Collect data using various text fields e.g. name, phone etc and insert the answer into a pre defined pdf document (using placholders?)?

Hello, can this form perform address autocomplete using Google API?

I have bought several licenses for this plugin over the years. And it’s worked pretty well. I use the AVADA Theme in WordPress for all my sites. And recently it appears that everytime I update ARForms, it creates a critical error and my site crashes. Then as long as I deactivate ARForms, then my site comes back up. I can’t pay for support everytime that happens. Why is this happening?

My ARForms keeps sayings its not activated but it is activated? Whats wrong here?

Conditional logic doesn’t appear to work on page breaks. When I navigate to conditional logic tab the dropdown option does not show the page break element. Is there something I’m missing, is conditional logic controlled elsewhere for this element?

For example, let’s say we create a slider scale field. Can we assign scores based on the following conditions:

Value 1 = Score 2, Value 2 = Score 4, Value 3 = Score 6, Value 4 = Score 8, Value 5 = Score 10,

Then, can the scores from each number slider field be added up for a total score? If so, does your plugin support this functionality?
