Doens't work correctly.
Even after more than a year, the plugin has not been further improved. It was an absolute bad buy.

Very disappointed about the support for this plugin. I tried to reach the support through the dedicated website : no answer. Tried emailing them : no answer. Tried this comment section : no answer. Very disappointed
No support once licence is purchased (feature missing: Google Calendar not verified for available slots before payment. If calendar is busy, there is an error the user can't understand)
Highly disappointed, I have a ticket open for 2 months on their website, still no satisfying answer. They didn’t event reply for 1 month now !!! It’s not translation ready, you have to fill in Loco Translate plugin yourself and even there, not everything appears. It’s not UX friendly! On the form it shows “payment method” (in English!), people have to click and choose “Stripe” whereas it’s the only payment method activated. Plus normal people don’t know what Stripe is!! It should display the payment by card by default. Plus, it doesn’t comply with legislation, it doesn’t have the double authentification method for payment! I would like to be refund as it doesn’t comply with EU rules for payment, it’s not UX, and I paid for support but still no answer for 1 month now. Thank you
Excellent plugin and exactly what I needed but the real reason I so happily give 5 stars is the support team. Fast, responsive and extremely helpful.

I had some trouble setting up the booking plugin. The customer service was excellent and very responsive. They have truly been a great support and took the effort to help us sort out our case as soon as possible. We are generally happy with the plugin and it works well for us. Definitely recommend.

We need to change the booking system because of a few bugs as settings disappear after an update, no chance to sync with google calendar and lack of support.

FYI, we already replied to your support ticket one week ago but no response from your side. We found out that the Google Calendar settings is not correctly configured. Please check your Google Calendar API settings as per provided instructions in Settings -> Google Calendar page.

Extension is great, there were a number of bugs that I noticed that affected some of the functionality but the developer was extremely fast and communicative about getting things fixed, and even added some custom features we asked for. Really, really great customer service!

This plugin is a great and affordable alternative to Calendly. You can translate it into any language and their support is very friendly and competent. Highly recommended!
