I have to set 10 availability for a same time, so I want that after 10 booking, is not possible take others reservations for the same time: can I set that on AppointFox plugin?

Hello, in admin demo I added a week service and I create an appointment. The calendar doesn’t show the days colored and occupied by this reservation, nor in day, week and month view. Why? Thank you

Is it possible to setup classes using this booking plugin? My client schedules Gin classes and they can vary in dates. I can’t access the admin demo of the plugin so I can’t test it.

My situation:

Our 3 teachers add their appointments to 1 shared Google calendar. Students are going to book appointments via our website.

1. Will it work with a shared calendar?

I need to limit the number of students for each appointment (max 2 students per appointment. So max 2 spots for each appointment.

2. Can it be done in the setting?

3. Can students cancel their appointment by themselves without interaction of admin of teachers? Will be cancelled spots automatically available for booking.

4. Will it be automatically sync with Google calendar?

5. We have +/- 20 appointments per week. Is it above the limit of a free Google API? What are limitations in my case?

How does your plugin work for different timezones? Let’s say I’m in Australia and someone is booking a session from Germany? If in Australia it’s 23:27 and in Germany, it’s 14:27.

Will that time be adjusted for the client by your plugin automatically or I should give information on the website for my clients that they should adjust booking time accordingly to UTC +11 ?

Hello ! is the new version now using Google Calendar to filter slots not available?

with the version from a few months ago, appointfox would check availability only at the end, thus provoking errors in the booking because the slot requested is not available.

Is it fixed now with the latest version ? or should i just ditch appointfox for another module ?

We purchased this plugin and we have some issues We are using AppointFox 2.7.11 over WordPress 5.6.1.

First issue: tried to configure it with PayPal, but this payment method does never show up in the booking process at all.

Another issue: Calendar view does not work in Day and Week views. It only shows events in Month view.

Finally, we tried updating to AppointFox 3.0: Calendar view seems to be fixed but PayPal not. And the booking process stopped working. At the end of the process, an alert says: “Ops… It’s already fully booked, please choose another date or time.”.

We have oppened a couple of tickets but have had no news for the last week. Could you please help us?
