For laravel cms setup, you need php7 cpanel hosting with following extensions installed on it.
- PHP >= 7.0.0 - OpenSSL PHP Extension - PDO PHP Extension - Mbstring PHP Extension - Tokenizer PHP Extension - XML PHP Extension
Upload all files in public_html folder, setup mysql db. After that open .env file and change DB credentials. Your laravel cms will be ready.

No option for restricted areas. Payment methods are braintree paypal, stripe and cod. Yes you can choose only cod. No option for schedule delivery. No option for upload prescription.
