You guys have the worst support ever. Your app does not load products and when i reported to support, it took them days tor respond and ask me for other details about the issue which i provided including screen shots. I never made any change in the code apart from color and adding images, which was done using the CMS. Finally this is what they sent me as response to the issue, which is somethinhg related to their source code

This is the worst support I have ever seen here on codecanyon. I will not advise anyone to go through the headache I am going through. Terrible support with a code that has bugs
This item is not supported as per Envato policies. You have made customization in the source code. There is no issue in the source code. You can check the demo for confirmation as we have used the same source code as you. If you dont have the technical experience we cannot teach you that what we can do is offer the installation service we charge $300 for that.

Now you tell me that I am not using the latest version which is 1.0.22 downloaded on March 21, 2021, we also have many problems which you have not given me an explanation.
1- IT DOES NOT SERVE TO CHANGE CURRENCY makes the change but does not recognize the shipping methods with their rates
2- In variable products they do not work, when you generate the order it shows you in the laravel.log log that it is an attribute error,
3- I have 3 products with the different types of products, simple, external, variable and they do not work, it only shows me the variable and the external one, simple does not load it
4- trying to change the language only works 10% in the characteristics of the products and the functions of the app remain in English
5- does not charge the shipping rates with their respective rates. In my local currency CRC (COLONES COSTARRICENSES)
6- It does not charge the payment methods that you enable, it only charges you cash on delivery and payment by PayTm, Braintree
7- If you enable the sending of push notifications for all functions, the panel gives you many errors.
The system is actually of very poor quality.
I have already reinstalled the com system in 5 different subdomains and the same problems happen.
If I do not resolve this until the deadline that I give you, it is Monday 03-29-2021 I will request a refund of my money from code cayon
