Bug in latest version :(My 10minutes survey) 1) unable to delete arbic language. 2) (In Android app)The biggest bug if suppose, user scroll on 1000 th—>>he press add to cart btn(Description page comes)>> when user press back button then listing comes from 1st time so user has to again scroll to 1000th item. It is the biggest bug of any app. 3) Unable to add stock inventory ( at adminpanel) & “not allowed 500” error comes.

How many people are asking the refund for this?? I think Envato knows the problem od this but they dont wanna refund everyone who ask about refund. Realy not fair that somebody takes our money like that.
This seller is lie to his customers about his products thats is complete because he is earning on 30$/1 hour on extra help to you.. and when you gonna be dissatisfied about code, about help and all other things, when you gonna ask refund, he will not give it to you, he will also lie to Envato and you will be lost your hard earning money. You will be stolen!!! Be aware..he will take your money for his success.

I have buy this item year ago hoping to make online buisness with this script but its allways something with this seller. We have been waiting this big update half a year, previus updates has bugs, this updates has bugs. I have open LLC with plan with this shop but now I will close my LLC becaouse I have lose clients and lose my vision with this script. I have buy 3 scripts of this author and realy I will buy more if this was good, but its not. Year ago I was rate this author with 5 stars, after that with 1 star and I have raised dispute for script, There was promises it will be good, but its not. I dont have more patience for this author and this codes, I have lost more than a year for this project. Worst support ever, worst expirence ever. This is not my first buying on codecanyon, I have seen good developers and good support, this one is not. Dont have more time and nerves for this..I dont wont more promises, I wanna refund, but I dont know who gonna refund my time for this.

Your judgment based on some negative comments and reviews. After new update there was some minor issues that’s why some customers have complaints, but we updated our item with fixes and now they are satisfied and most of tickets are resolved now. Thanks.
My friend,people are not satisfied, they are just patient and they know when they ask you something, you will say that your hour is 30$. Thats why people are quiet and hopeing for the better updates in the future. But there is no better updates, just allways some errors. And you know that,with every update new problems. I have successfully setup script in first month this year and then I didnt wont updates becouse it was working, some people have do update then and have problems, I was quiet then. After I have try update the script, I have face the nightmare. Allways some problems so I decide to delete all your scripts and ask for refund. You are not guilty for my LLC but for your platform you are. I dont wanna talk with you anymore, I have raise the dispute and Envato will investigate the all you portofolio and they will see how you threat the customer. When you first have big problems on Codecanyon, you have changed your name becouse you plague your name, now you do the same. Vectorcoder its not trustfull and the Themescoder also. You are not the clean seller..no you are not!

this is also to inform u that their are 3 zip, 1)adminpanel 2)api 3) update. I hv only upload adminpanel.zip to server Pl correct me if i goes wrong
For new installation you don’t need to upload any files from update folder. Install adminpanel zip first, after that you can go to admin merger feature and upload api.zip file.
If you already have old 4.0 version setup then go to updates folder and upload 4.0.1 and 4.0.2 zip files. Thanks.

Hello, please advice on when we can possibly have another update/release. 4.0 and 4.0.1 have alot of issues at the moment, the most important one being that one cannot finish the initial installation as the script cannot pick up the purchase code. The other issue is that the CMS cannot sync to the app due to the base url not being set properly even after specifying it in the .env file during installation. Time is critical for all customers, kindly address this urgency as most tickets are going un answered hence forcing us to seek help here.

The new installation is refusing my purchase code too, I get a white page with “1045” at the top left corner. This script was once good long ago, used it for over a year plus, but the new changes have serious issues plus tickets are not being answered. Assist with this please.
As you can see we have updated this item with new laravel version with new bootstrap 4 design. We can upload new item but we prefer to update this one, so old customers can get benefits from it, also we implement new feature merger and updater to make things simple for our customers, but unfortunately our development team break some functionality in hurry because of timely update. Now customer have some complains that we tried to fix. Let us give some time to fix that minor issue and perform some SQA test before next release. Thanks for your patience.
