1. The images in the store don’t appear, what should I do?

Go to plugin folder via ftp program, right click on cache folder, file permissions and give 777 permissions to folder & subfolders.

2. The images still don’t work after giving permissions, what should I do?

A: Are you hosted with hostgator? If you are hosted with HostGator then you will need to contact them in order to get thumbnails to work. By default, they have mod_security settings enabled that do not allow the script to function. Also, HostGator does not allow 777 permissions. Instead, you should CHMOD your cache folder to 755. Also make sure that thumb.php is set to 644. I have many users hosted with HostGator that have their stores working fine, it is just a matter of getting someone to help you that knows what they are talking about (if you do, your store will be working in no time).

4. If I add a product in cart, when I click on cart, the product is gone? Why?

A: It’s most likely that you have a shared hosting. How to solve that,on your wordpress root folder, edit wp-settings and turn globals off

// Turn register_globals off. wp_unregister_GLOBALS();

becomes :

// Turn register_globals off. //wp_unregister_GLOBALS();

5. Fatal error, what should I do? (Fatal error: Uncaught SoapFault exception: [aws:Client.RequiresSSL] SSL connection required for SOAP authentication)

A: Do you have SOAP installed in your server? If not please talk to your hosting company and they will install it for you.

6. When I click on a product it redirects to wordpress website, what’s wrong?

A: In order to fix that you must reset wordpress permalinks, set them to default click save, set them to custom , click save and it’s done.

How can I set the store as default theme on wordpress?

There’s a folder called Theme in the main archive you downloaded. Please install the zip archive inside the Theme folder as Theme on Wordpress and the store will be setup as default.
