There’s a bug in the plugin.
File: advanced_floating_content/includes/view.php
Line 265: You need to add / before the path.
Instead: wp-content/plugins/advanced_floating_content/images/close.png
Use: /wp-content/plugins/advanced_floating_content/images/close.png
Otherwise the path is relative to the post, not wordpress.

It seems the plugin only displays the content we type but not executing the shortcodes. How can i make this works with shortcodes.Thanks in advance!
You want to use short code in the description text where you are setting up your content in text or html? if yes then i have not make it work with shortcode. let me check quickly.

I have used the shortcode in the description (visual text edit area) .I have used the same shotcode with many other plugins like wp-insert,widgets ,pages which is works fine.I just wonder why its not working here.
Just upload the 1.7 version with the shortcode useability. Now you can use any shortcode with this plugin.thx

It will take few hours to shows on live site, until then you can download 1.6. mostly plugin update in 5-10 hours. so when it will update then banner will display the version 1.7 and then you can download it.i always ask to buyers if you like plugin please give me review/rating before it gone from your buy link.thx

I need a popup to do two specific things:
1. have an image only with no background (page behind image is fully functional) appear on certain page (i.e.. home page) and in a specific location top: x right x and be position:relative so the image scrolls with the page.
2. I also need the image to disappear if the screen size is less than a certain size (i.e.: responsive).
I purchased a popup plugin but it’s not working exactly how I need it. You can see what I mean by visiting dev2.bigIQkids.com the right boy stays in one place if you scroll down and if you make the page small it goes over my main content.
I hope your plugin can do this!

Your Points: 1- Yes its doing my plugin 2-I just submit an update of V1.5 where you can chose your content is it responsive or not, if its not responsive then it will hide on other screen sizes or devices.

Hi, First of all thanks for buying my plugin, you made a super cool decision. 2nd I havent use call_user_func_array function throughout entire plugin, error is showing with some other page. Just installed the plugin and when I tried to add or edit a content it opened up an empty page. So then I installed it on one of our subdomains and it worked pretty well there.
Any idea as to why it’s not working on the main site?

Actually I installed the latest version…when I purchased your plugin you had already released the latest update.
I deactivated all the plugins but still did not show up the settings…then I tried to change the permission for files, folders as well…nothing worked.

There is no a zip file named “advanced_floating_content.zip” as you mentioned in the documentation file, the zip file is important to upload files in one click in control panel of WordPress, because I don’t use FTP to upload plugin. Thanks

After I installed pluging and go to their Control panel there a message appears to me (“DataTables warning (table id = ‘datatable’): Requested unknown parameter ‘1’ from the data source for row 0”), I don’t knew what is the reason for it!!

you can use this, if you want to display some notification in header or footer with more criteria defined in which area you want to show i.e in homepage or in all pages or just specific page (about us or contact us), in all posts or specific posts which you have upload, all categories or specific categories. all this can be done with advanced floating content.
Lets say you want to show 3 notifications in website of header, and you want each three notification in 3 different pages/posts then you have to select the options from plugin admin area and it will do for you on your selected pages/posts.
All is simple!

Yes, its possible to control X and Y Position of your ad, yes you can show your add at left bottom corner by using plugin. Super simple, also i will provide you support how you can show your add at your desired position.
