I would like to know more about this feature, is it for freelancers and clients ? could please explain globaly or in few words how this feature related to this ecommerce script important. Could you please also add the dropshipping option or addon, this is the most valuable feature which can give your script and your team much power. Because most of ecommerce entrepreuner have his good item supplyer or his others products in aliexpress, amazon and so on…. is just an example. Thanks for your appreciation. Yes this system is for freelancer & client. Client can post their job and freelancer can bid and then do the works according to client requirement. You are in misunderstanding about the eCommerce item and the workdesk item. These two items are totally separate thing. Workdesk is for freelancer hiring system and eCommerce cms is for multi vendor cms. Active Workdesk Support Ticket Add-on is for Active Workdesk cms not for Active eCommerce cms.
