the theme is more than amazing it has all futures but i will list all my comments here :
1 : Support not answering at all
2: The app has many problems
3: they update a lot and the custom code i made disappear after the update
4: the site check the license each time address requested so its take lot of time
5: too many spam users register as seller and users direct on activation
6: when update or update add-on you must add all purchase code every time it must be easier
7: very hard to deal with admin its many functions and not all together.
i will list the problems i had and fixed :
1: in seller app when checking for package there a problem from backend shown an error i tried to open ticket support many times with no response and if any response only we will list in future updates and when i fixed from my side the update restored all old code
2: on user app when user order from more than one vendor its not showing the delivery option or pickup point for each one only first one
3: when setting shipping by carrier and try to use the zones i cant add for same city more than one zone.
4: no translation options for offline wallet system .
5: for the app its very old library’s , dependency and need very professional flutter person to run
and many many many other that needs a day to list
really if i have less than one star i will gave them

According to Envato’s item support policy, this product does not fall under item support, so it cannot be evaluated based on that criteria. Additionally, installation and customization are not part of the item itself. If a customer encounters difficulties in setting it up, that is not the responsibility of the author—it depends on the user’s own implementation.
It’s also important to note that if an item is customized beyond its default structure, regular updates may not function as expected.
This review seems to reflect personal frustration rather than the actual quality and functionality of the item.
I am not able to understand what you and your developer are doing. The update of API 35 has not come yet. https://prnt.sc/47JBjRAaVTfI This screenshot is of a notification received in PlayConsole which was in July starting. And I don't know why your team has been doing this in the app for 2 months and the update has not been released yet.
If anyone is reading my comment and who wants to buy their app, then my only suggestion to them is that it is better to buy the app code of other developers. You will not get time to time updates in this. The UI bugs will never be solved by them. In the app, you cannot buy/checkout products of two or more different sellers at once. The home page, product page is so slow that even your trusted customers will get irritated by using the app. They do not have any good UI. In the beginning, you will get some banners, category wise product list. There is only flash sale in the name of sale. The rest of the home page has endless product scrolling. Due to this, the user will not be able to see/find the favorite product.
Since the time I bought their code and before that, many users have given them a lot of suggestions. But it doesn't affect them and their team at all. And I hope it won't affect them in future too.
New buyers should go and look for another developer/code. Don't expect anything from them.
According to the recent update of Google PlayConsole, the last date to upgrade the app to API 35 is 31st August 2025. Maximum 3 days are left. Just consider 1 day as the day you update the app and publish it. Most useless Flutter code and team. Thank you (Truth is always bitter and only those who want to do something can tolerate it.)
If an e-commerce can be run with such a theme in Bangladesh, it is very beautiful and commendable. I have shared the demo of this app with my customers. They get a lot of satisfaction and are praising my app by comparing it with the big e-commerce in Bangladesh. I am really happy for that. However, if the seller to customer message system could be brought to the app notification in the app, I think this app of mine would have been the best in Bangladesh through you.
