i have downloaded the demo app to check it, but when giving, mp4 or webm video link, it says, the video format is not supported, ho to fix it. and is there any option if we want to hide forum, menu and live class from the app.

If you purcahsed the Course forum and Live class addons then to hide it in the mobile application you need to deactivate the addon from the admin panel. Note: It will deactivate the addon from the web application.

Hi there this is not a clear answer.
The point is “We can not publish this app at google play and AppStore without in app purchase feature”. And you know that.
Why don’t you provide any documentation for inapp purchase ?
You must add documentation for basic feature. Customers can buy online lessons. That’s it. If your customers want other in app purchase features you can sell your extra coding services. But now you’re providing anything for inapp purchase, and you know this app is nothing without inapp purchase (cause of Apple and GooglePlay policies). And you know all this things and you’re still selling this codes at Codecanyon.
You know that’s not ok to sell useless codes at Codecanyon.
How can we publish this app in the Apple App store? In app purchase doesn’t make it possible.

Hello I have seen the new update is came out. And I am happy to see those features in Mobile App specially device verification. But there is still one big problem that stopped me to not use the web v.6 and above… If users login their account they can’t see the course detail page it didn’t fixed in this version too. For goodness sake, you guys really have to improve support response time. How can support take more than 24 hours to respond? Sometimes over 72 hours. i have been going back and forth with support regarding the app installation, I only get a response that doesnt really fix the issue after 24hours. The last is already over 24 hours no response. Support needs to improve.
