I downloaded your demo and register a new account on the demo website too to test the flow but i noticed that your app is not accepting password with # in it. The account works perfectly on your website but can’t login on your app, but when i change the password to 1234 the new account was able to login without stress.
Are you willing to work on this?
Also, I want to ask, does your app support deeplinking, so if a user is having the app on the their phone, the website will open the app when they are trying to open the link.
Lastly, I tried doing a screenshot and screen record on your mobile app and it was successful, do you have plan to integrate the blocking of screenshot to the app?

For 2. & 3. We don’t have any plans to implement it right now. It can be done but will required customization.

Thanks for the swift response, I have checked the app very well I noticed that some functions aren’t available on the app, like downloading certificates, review course, push notifications etc also the video playing page of the app shows too much white space, can you work on it to show just like the way the web app shows on mobile while playing a course? This way it will make it engaging.

The features you are talking about are mostly addons. Not all addons are not integrated for the mobile app. Currently only course forum, live class and bundle addon is integrated in the student mobile app.
Review course and push notification is not available right now but we have taken a not of your request for future reference.
As for the video playing page it was design that way for the mobile application. It will required customization service.

i wish they add short reels videos where students can watch shorts on some simple staffs to learn and keeps user on the app and sometime reels can allow instructors to influence students to buy there course

where to host video files for download, i used backblaze storage, but for some users download is failed, why it happens, is there any way to store video files, google drive files also not playing,sometimes playing, sometime giving error, ERROR PLAYING VIDEO. is there any way to fix download issue, or need to upload on some fast server. is there any timeout limit in the app for download,?

A few years ago, I got this app of yours, and it turns out that it is not available now, and it has few updates, and even so the first versions were not completed, what do I do now with the code that is worthless? https://codecanyon.net/item/academy-lms-student-android-app/24833530 Is a refund possible by not serving the code now with the new Academy LMS Script update? or one of two to be able to update to Flutter that you have changed but of course I already bought the App at the time, otherwise I will choose to get the Rocket LMS App which seems to be much better. Is the app doesn’t support RTL? Also, I saw comments about in-app purchase is that the pay with google play and apple store? If so, why can’t the app be published without it?

Currently, the RTL (Right-to-Left) feature for our mobile application is not available, but we are actively reviewing its implementation. Regarding in-app purchases, it’s important to note that this feature is optional and not mandatory. Therefore, our app can be published without it. The said customer didn’t know about it.
