I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to ask if this addon has been updated to work with the current Zoom Apps, as JWT apps are no longer supported. Could you please update the documentation to reflect any changes?
I’m encountering the “Signature is invalid” error, which has been reported by several customers. However, I haven’t seen any posts marked as resolved or any responses indicating that the issue has been fixed.
Although my support has expired, I’d be happy to renew it if this issue is likely to be addressed. We’ve been really happy with Academy overall, and this extension is the only drawback we’ve encountered so far.

I get Meeting sdk configuration as shown but the addon isn’t work.
When I create the app this issue appear
The Zoom Apps platform enforces a subset of the OWASP recommendations. The https MIME type text/html response from your server for the app’s home URL must be decorated with security headers recommended by the OWASP Secure Headers Project. The Zoom client validates all document (MIME type text/html) responses with a 200 status code for the presence of OWASP Secure Headers. Ensure that your app backend decorates its html responses with the following headers:
Strict-Transport-Security X-Content-Type-Options Content-Security-Policy Referrer-Policy
IMPORTANT: Any home URL response missing these headers will cause your app to be blocked from rendering in the Zoom Apps embedded browser. Any html request without these headers will not be parsed or rendered, and displays a console error (Missing OWASP Secure Headers:) listing any missing headers.

You just need to create a Meeting SDK app. Zoom approval is not required for personal use. Also, you have to use your personal meeting ID and password.

I get these errors: Invalid parameters and Signature is invalid. I have use server to server option, meeting sdk and it just does not work.

I HAVE BIG ISSUES WITH THE ZOOM LIVE ADDON. I already submitted a ticket and still waiting for a response. I need assistance! Otherwise I will request a refund for both the academy lms and the zoom addon. I need to work with zoom live classes. But it is not working… I have tried a lot of things and nothing happens. I received an email from you guys with no solutions at all. What is going on? A lot of people is having the same issues with the zoom live addon. I need support asap. This addon is suppose to work properly because it is using your LMS. We should not being experiencing this kind of issues. BTW the installation guide on your website is not up to date. It shows how to install it but with a previous version and it is not the same thing. You should also provide us with an UP TO DATE installation guide for this addon and how to PROPERLY setup the zoom api in order to avoid ALL the issues that almost every buyer is facing. and dont get me wrong. I bought them because I LOVE THIS LMS and the addons but if they are not properly working then I can not use them and I will have to request a refund and find something stable.

I just followed these instructions and I got the same result: Signature is invalid. I already followed the email instructions and I got the same error. Is that hard to just record your screen and setup a zoom meeting SDK from scracth and connect it to the zoom add on and show me how easy it is to do it? As I mentioned before: Do not get me wrong. I have installed the ‘live class’ add on but I am unable to find the ‘zoom settings’ option under the settings tab although I installed and uninstalled this add on a few times and have never been able to use it successfully. I followed all the steps to make sure everything is up to date but I still had no success. I purchased this about a year ago but this is my first time trying to use this but it’s a shame I didn’t check before I purchased. Now if I need help I am being asked to renew support. I followed the steps exactly as required; downloaded the latest version, installed it, saw the success message, but like I said, there is no ‘Zoom live class settings’ option appearing under admin panels Settings > System settings > (no zoom option appears here). I don’t understand what is wrong with your software but what’s the point of paying for something if it doesn’t work as stated and to get help you need to pay more. This place doesn’t allow me to post a screenshot otherwise I would’ve shown you.

Unfortunately, with these guys you will submit a ticket and if you haven’t paid for extra support once your ‘free support period’ has finished forget getting any help from them. They don’t even care if you didn’t initially use your free support due whatever valid reason. I am seeing everyone struggling to get the basic answers to the zoom live add on problem. They only ask you to create a ticket to take you off writing here for the public to see. Once you create a ticket you’ll be told to pay for the extra support to get help. I thought it would make sense for a developer to prioritize fixing people’s issues so they can get good feedback and recommendations, but with Creativeitem, it’s just about making money.

This information doesn’t help in any way, we would appreciate a video explaining how to configure the zoom settings once you get to https://marketplace.zoom.us/develop/createLegacy website. There are too many App options to create. Is it the meeting SDK app we should create? I am tired of trying each option and getting no results, furthermore, there are too many details that have to be filled out within these Apps and it’s impossible for even a tech person like myself to know what’s required and will work with your LMS. It is absolutely ridiculous that you haven’t updated the videos to reflect the actual current integration requirements. We bought the add-on and LMS based on an expectation that there would be ‘working documentation’ to be able to use your product. We need a step by step walk-through in video form that is based on the updated documentation explaining how to connect this add-on with zoom, If you can’t do that, then please give us a refund!

It’s been more than a month and nothing done to resolve this issue that everyone seems to be having. You would expect that the company would at least try to resolve the issue or provide a working solution, but until now it hasn’t been the case. They hide behind the ‘reply to ticket’ card even though no ticket exists. i Believe it’s basically a way of diverting attention from this useless extension that they are making money from without any value being provided to the customer. Also as a customer you are only good if you have paid for the support which seems like their other avenue of making money. I would understand if the product was working at one point and then stopped working, but if you look through the messages you would find that this issue has been an ongoing for months. I would like to make a complaint to Envato as they are the ones allowing for this kind of service to operate on a website I had some faith in before. If nothing is done by Envato or the seller then I would need to make a case about this whole thing and make sure this doesn’t continue any longer. We paid for a product we believed was working but have been sold a non functioning product that even the seller is unable to provide working instructions for.

You have to use OAuth. Also, you have to use the production app Credentials(https://prnt.sc/oClSODNwY7q9), and the same account’s meeting ID and Password.
