Hi, I have a pre-sell question: can this plugin get a % of my item price to be donated to their specific organisation base on what I’ve set for them. example my customer can choose to donate to;

Hi So it cant be purchased directly because it doesnt has a price … since its the user that assign the price to the plugin when they place their donation value

people come here and see a donate plugin, they read and think they can set a donate to any product. You need to make it clearer.

I would like to know if thsi plugin has recurring donations
I find the documentation misleading until you get to that one line. For a non-profit that works with kids, donations are our only product.
I guess I’m to blame for not pre-reading everything but do you offer refunds?
I dont have any control over refunds. Its up to codecanyon to grant or not the refund

Donation amount in cart isn’t selectable/editable. Currently, it adds $1000.00 as default donation and can’t be changed.
Wait, are you saying donations are only allowed as an ‘add-on’ to an already added product(s)?
Yes, the donation is not to be purchased directly . Thats why on the docs it says “hidden on catalog”.
They can donate if they have another item in cart

The plugin doesnt has any file named donation_form.php .
Maybe you are editing another file thats not related to the plugin at all .

Hi, I have a pre-sell question: When buyer enter the amount for donation, that donation amount is being added to the entire total order in user’s cart…am I right? so, me as site admin/owner will be collecting the donation, or can/will this donation amount be routed to a specific charity of buyer’s choice?

The donation is added to the order . Suppose they purchased 1 item and they did the donation. The order will be shown as 2 items 1 – the original item they purchased 2- the donation with the amount they chose to donate
So the total amount ( 1st product + donation amount ) are collected as a normal purchase …. meaning the site admin/owner

I want to be able to have it still be $0 and only accept donations through paypal. I set it up the way the documentation said. What am I missing here?

I purchased this plugin today, and my product shows a price of “Free!” and doesn’t allow the donor to choose any amount other than $0. It’s hidden, in-stock, no shipping class. I still have a problem. I have created a downloadable product but the donation is not adding at the cart. I inserted a N5 price, it doesn’t add and if I change the price to 0, it crashes

Latest version seems to have a significant bug.
Plugin works normally for items with a value. However, for an item with a price of 0, if you enter any amount in the donations box you are taken to a completely blank page. (no content whatsoever) – indicating the plugin has crashed early on.
This is affecting our shop significantly (which relies on donations) and would appreciate an early fix.
Note: Previous version worked as expected. This is a change in behavior indicating a bug.

Buy. Click on cart. Add any value to the donation box and press “Add donation” Crashes.

1) does it work with free products? 2) does it give the option to work only with a specific product instead of all available products? 3) are your plugins files minified?
Hi beyondtrading The way the plugin works its that the plugin will create a new product that will be used for the donation. And the users kinda buy that product for the price they want ( by donating whatever amount )
So the questions 1 and 2 arent related to this plugin.
As for the 3rd question ; The plugin is just a PHP file there are no CSS etc
