Thank you for creating such an amazing application. Is importing bank statement (csv or excel) planned in the future release? If yes, how long will it take to release new version with statement import function. Also in the recurring invoices can you add ‘recuur invoice every 4 weeks’ ?

Hey, I can add this feature if you can provide me a sample csv or excel file by exporting from your bank. Also it is possible to integrate using API if bank supports this. Currently following terms is available in Recurring (Week, 2 Weeks, Month, 2 Months, 3 Months, 6 Months, Year, 2 Years, 3 Years) as Standard. But it’s easy to add another one (e.g. 4 weeks).

The problem is: I selected the arabic as the default language, after I translated some of labels in the file “ibilling\sysfrm\lan\arabic\common.lan.php” the language in the web pages not translated and the language still as it is, what is the problem?
and the question is: How I can use the RTL style “ibilling\ui\theme\softhash\css\style-rtl.min.css”?

Hi, great experience till the time. Installation was easy, setup also pretty easy and completely user friendly. If you could help me with one thing i need is to capture more details for a contact. How to add more fields?

Thanks for your reply Sadia, I already updated the PDF code but still can not view or download the pdf. Error is same of max execution time. Also You did not reply to my Q.3 which was “Whenever i mark an invoice as paid, it does not update total balance and does not show as a new deposit nowhere? Do i need to add a deposit manually for each invoices getting paid? It should do this automatically, isnt it?”

Invoice generation is working fine in demo and my local installation. It’s seems your server issue, you can work with php configarations file. You may also send ftp access, so that I can check this for you.
You do not have to Mark invoice as Paid Manually in that case. You can use Add Payment Button & invoice will be automatically Marked as Paid. Details Regarding this check – http://www.ibilling.io/invoicing/

It will be good to bring some nice features from Money Flow to iBilling.

1. Report by Categories

2. Report by Contacts ( you can name it Clients/Customers, etc)

3. Income & Expense report should have option to select period range

4. More fields to be added to Contacts in CRM – Like Reg No: (Client/Customer Code), Other Custom field options.

5. Total of the Credit and Debit for the selected period of report.

6. Export to PDF, XLS/CSV, Print option for all reports

7. Export to PDF, XLS/CSV, Print option for “View Transactions”

8. Back Button/Modify search for report page and necessary pages.

9. Report title should be specific means ( Payer/Payee name, Category Name, etc)

10. In settings, option to add Header and Footer ( For reports )

11. All the transactions list, reports list in date order instead of “ID” order. But i don’t know the “Balance” tally properly, if any previous transaction entered late.

12. Same like Admin & Employee user type, It is better to have another user “Guest/Auditor” with only viewing rights for auditors. Auditors usually need only viewing rights.

13. Accounts in multiple currency.

15. Transaction report by month. Same like current “Report by Date”

16. All transaction report by range of date.

17. In settings, option for choosing the number of decimals from 2 to 4

Most of the above suggestion are the same one i suggested for Money Flow also.

18. Under CRM Contact. It will be better to show Profile Summary also under Summary Tab.

19. Under CRM Contact, it is meaningless to show the Balance in the Transaction list.

20. If the Contact name is longer one, The contact name is not auto aligning (like 2 or 3 lines) under profile picture.

21. Option to add multiple Phone no and Fax No in Contacts

22. Under List Contacts in CRM, It is better to keep delete button some where inside the profile page. It will avoid delete by mistake.

23. It is better to keep deleted contact or transaction or anything in the database for history or future recovery.

I’m interested if you can add to MoneyFlow an additional option to send email reminder for each Recurring Income/Expenses task before they become active (Say remind me with 1 day before I have an specific expense to pay, for example). Please make sure, you have uploaded all files properly. You are getting this error either the system can’t read the files for file permissions or when you uploaded some file missing. Check login.tpl file exist in this path ui/theme/softhash/login.tpl. About the ArthasXP’s idea of a product finder… a filter on the top of the table that update the list while typing (searching and filtering on all cells) may be the most simple solution on a first moment and looks great to me.

Hi, I have some questions and suggestions before buying. Is it possible ?, see the cumulative and individual debt owed by customers. When the customer pays only a part of the invoice generated, this is not updated with the amount owed. Ideally it look just pay the remainder. Add the file to translate the system.

Ideally, place labels or categories of products and services for the search easier locate the service or product.

You need to add a product finder when creating the invoice, because it shows only a list and if you have many products or services is very tedious search the list.

Suggestion: implement a option to set how many repeats I need on the same paper on print a invoice (to save paper). In Brazil we use invoice like a receipt to the consumer sign one and we cut the another to consumer have it with him. If the invoice have too much items… unfortunately the second invoice will be printed on second page.

I think that a option to show a signature line will be great idea too. =)

In “Description” while adding new Products & Services, the data of “Description” does not appear into Invoice anywhere. It is needed because I may have to mention long detail for any services or product. Please help me, how can it be corrected?

Hi, If you have coding experience, you’re welcome to modify the script based on your needs. I do not have plan to change this in future version. Please note that this is not a feature. I have made this as standard format for invoice. If you need, you can change it textbox to textarea no problem. Thanks.

2) I didn’t use third party framework here. It has own built framework. You can integrate any php code if you have coding experience.
3) At this moment I do not have plan to add HR module

As I test your demo, it really great and suite my needed.

Here is my Feature request:
– Items in invoive should have multiline OR at least show multiline description from “Product & Service”
– Each contact should have different invoice language or currency. (Some on my client use English, but some use local language)
– Contact should have multiple email address (seperate by comma is ok). Very useful when send an invoice to multiple repecient at once.

Error report:
– When edit invoice, can’t use button “Add Product OR Service”
– Invoice preview OR invoice URL that send to client not responsive (due to ”.paper” class fixed width)

1) I made this as a standard format. However, you can easily convert single line input to multiple line by a little modification in the script.
2) I will consider this.
3) I have noted this.
4) I will look into this.
5) To remove fixed width in invoice preview section, you can change “paper” class, just replace this with class “row”.

Unfortunately Not. You must have create customer / contact from Add Contact Menu before creating invoice for specific contact. Hope this helps!
