Hello, I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing trouble.

1) Changing the package name in Studio can be tricky (that’s what we designed our web interface for), perhaps this guide can be of help: http://stackoverflow.com/a/29092698/1683141 or http://stackoverflow.com/a/18637004/1683141

2) This is not suppost to happen, make sure your images are not larger then 1MB and do not have a higher resolution then 1080p. In addition to that, make sure you have fully valid PNG images. You can also try accessing our website using a different browser (e.g. Chrome) or with a VPN. If you still have problem, send us an email with your credentials & images and I’ll see if I can upload them for you.

Tried doing what was advised the name was also changed but when uploading to google play this is what we get

Upload failed You need to use a different package name because “com.sherdle.webtoapp” already exists in Google Play.

Have you changed the package name in the manifest file?

Our product Universal would be able to do something similar. You can add all your sites to the menu, and users can switch them.

If you’re complete site (including the ‘one menu bar, which contains items the urls of websites that are loaded’) Web2App would be the best solution.

Sory I´m confused!!! But can it display even in same menu (timeline)? That’s because I dont know too much about programming and since this (web2app) has a configurator, for me would be ideal. If not i would buy the Universal App. Can you support me with any configuration?? tks

Basically: Web2App can display 1 website, Universal can display multiple (websites can be switched using the navigation drawer). You can also check out the demos to see the difference.

You can send push notifications using the Parse Push framework. A notification looks like this:

How to send it? Do you have paper? There are writings of Education? Do you have a video?

You have to create an account at Parse and enter your parse ID in our panel. You can send pushes using Parse’s panel, which will look something like this:

You can leave this empty, unless you’re familiar with Parse push channels.

I assume this is a website or software suite? Most likely they have created a keystore for you (or use a shared file), you’d have to contact them and ask them for the keystore file (keystore are secured with 2 passwords, make sure to retrieve them both).

Hi! I am so satisfied with the support! Pls help me out again. On tablets it works perfect! On a mobile phone is crashes over and over again when hitting the fullscreen button in the videoplayer. I cannot release it this way. I really do not understand what is wrong. I tried to make a good logfile, but it did not work out that well.

I installed your Demo App. I searched for my website. Same problem with fullscreen on a Samsung S4 with Android 5.0. So it does not seems to be my app only. Is it the website? Or is something wrong in the code?

I’m sorry to hear you are (still) having trouble with this. The problem should not be the website. As indicated earlier, this problem does not occur on my test devices, therefore I can not reproduce it myself. In order to solve this issue for you, I need your crash log.

You’ll get a custom generated Android Studio version. You can enter your details, like your website url, in our panel and after downloading you’ll only have to import your template and export an apk.

You can, compliance with the license terms, use your license to create 1 app (final end product).

Android does not support Animated GIFS by default, in order to display a gif you would need to use a custom view.

Have you tried our free online customizer? It will automatically change your package name.

If you want to do this manually: Create a new package with the desired name by right clicking on the java folder -> new -> package.

Then, select and drag all your classes to the new package. AndroidStudio will refactor the package name everywhere.

Finally, delete the old package.

I’d be happy to answer your questions:
1) Yes, the app should be fully compatible with HTML5 games. To be completely sure, you can always download the demo and use google to test your own website.
2) Javascript is enabled. Flash is enabled (if it is installed on the device, and the device has an older android version that is compatible with flash). Rss feeds are not natively supported, html/javascript based RSS viewers are supported.

Webview can load local html files or can fall back to local files when the re is no internet connection.

last request i have one problem : i run the app and i disable the network or wifi and when i clic in home button it show me an error message of browser with url of my website net:err_name_not_resolved i wan in this case to show the splach screen with the error message No internet was found.
