I’ve noticed that it takes a long time for the plugin to load. It shows the loading icon for a rather long time before you can start filling in the billing form. Is there something you can do about that?

I have installed the plugin but when I click Next after filling in the Billing info, nothing happens. It goes back to the top of the page, but does not go to step 2.

I’m using Vertical View of your plugin, whenever we click any tab in left side or click next button in bottom of billing form we get a small punch and user gets scroll down, can you tell to stop that scroll down on click? even though its nice and brings content in focus but it takes user little too down that’s why want to stop it can you tell some solution?

I am interested to buy your plugin, but I have a few questions to ask you before I buy it.

I need to show the checkout form in a popup window on my homepage like this : Screenshot

1. Can I display the checkout in a popup window ? I’m thinking of using a iframe of the checkout page.

2. As you can see, the steps (the little blue plane) are very customized so I would simply show a different image for each step of the checkout instead of styling it in CSS. Can I add a custom image at the top of each step ?

3. Can I add custom fields to the checkout form, including a simple “cart reviewer” (as you can see in the first step of the checkout) and a dropdown menu?

4. I also need to be able to translate the checkout process in two languages using PoEdit.

Do your plugin is capable enough to do all this ?

I Installed the plugin, customized it and it looks great. Just one problem. I’m using the vertical and when you go to the next step in the proces the page jump way to low. So each time someone has to scrol to get a good view.

Hi, I have a pre-sales question, on a multi-step checkout we want the first step to be the customer shipping information however as soon as they go to the next step we want the shipping information saved just in case they abandon the following steps. Is this possible? (this way we have at least captured their contact information to reach out to them).

1. In billing tab the plugin shows doble check box in create account (http://www.arrecifeazul.com/bugs/bug1.png) 2. In shipping tab the text box its very small (http://www.arrecifeazul.com/bugs/bug2.png) 3. Order information tab is empty 4. Order Information and payment it’s shows in the same tab with bugs in information (http://www.arrecifeazul.com/bugs/bug3.png)

First of all i want to say this is a grea plugin. I have one minor issue. when first entering the checkout procedure and we have the shipping and billing details, i don’t see the point in having both “Back” and “Forward” buttons. There is no where to go back, just Forward at the first step. Is there a way to remove the “Back” button just for the first step of the checkout procedure ?

And also, is there way to customize the Back and forward buttons ? perhaps different size or having them line up on the left side instead of the right ?

Just purchased the script but I’m having problems with it. I get the “Continue” button on the bottom of the page. It does nothing and I can’t remove it. Second I also get the the left sidebar with the steps like “Billing” “Shipping Address” and cannot remove it. Plus it made the payment form under the payment section disappear. I’m PM you the website details right now.

Need to validate state during checkout… not only does it let the user move forward but it also provides no information when processing the payment… it just says “is required” with no information telling the user what is actually required. Going to have to disable this plugin ;(

Can I add extra field to collect other information such as gender, date of birth ect?
