It seems that your plugin isn’t compatible with Visual Composer. Meaning, it attempts to display the Visual Composer code as the ‘excerpt’ instead of using the excerpt field that is default inside of Wordpress! I just purchased and found out that the plugin is useless for me if I want to include an excerpt.

Hello.. for woocommerce can this grid be used to show product category hierarchy (with images) in grid form.. ie one grid for top level of heirarchy and then user clicks on item and show the subcategories for that item.. then with subsequent clicks products are eventually shown.. with breadcrumbs, Possible?
As of now this feature is not supported by gridfx.

First url is not working. But do you want to replace the ‘Add to Cart’ button on product to ‘Add to quote’ ? This button gets displayed using WooCommerce template. You will need to modify that particular template.

Dont use the same zip which you downloaded from code canyon. Extract it, inside you can see gridfx folder. That you can use.

Hi, new user here. I’m sure this is easy to do, but I can’t figure it out:
1. How would I center everything for the post? So the image, the title, the link to the post, etc. Right now it’s all left-justified.
2. I have the image set to link to the post; that works fine. But when I hover over it before I click, it changes to show me a magnifying glass with a number, and a heart with a number. How would I disable this so that the image does not change when I hover on it?

Hi, I boutht GridFX plugin but I’ve to main problems with Woocommerce and Divi theme. Tried to use your support ticked but I had no answer/solution, tried to use Codecanyon support but no one is contacting me. It is urgent, I’m not able to use your plug-in and I paid for it.
I need to remove the “Buy now” buttons from every single product image and I’ve no idea how to do it, I saw your demo and you removed it in some demos.
Other big issue, I’ve to remove the tags on all images, I tried with tags_filter=0 shortcode but it doesn’t works, I still see all tags. Please help me it is urgent !! Tried to read all comments and docs but I can’t find a solution.

I haven’t tried it but GridFX should be compatible with the theme that you want to use.

I really like your plugin. This is fantastic! But it doesn’t work on one of my website which has a single front page. As soon as I past in the short code that I generate with this plugin, the other function on the page disappear. It seems like there is some kind of compatibility problem with some word press theme.

Hello, I’ve been trying to attached multiple photos to the Media Category I created, but seems that I can only do it one by one. Is there a method where I can do that. Or do I have to add photos one by one to the category. Seems like a pain. Any light on this please?

Hello, we bought your plugin and we use it on a one-page theme. We have 3 different grid on the website, but we notice that it generate a css before every section and this create some validation problems. There’s a way to include the a link grid fx css in our theme folder and cut the actual css-print mode? So it will appear just the link to the css on the code? Thanks Gianluca
