great plugin. I was wondering if when the user enters their email and credentials inside the form does it also automatically add them as a user or subscriber in wordpress user admin.

I need to have small png images placed under the checkboxes in my form. I’ve been using Mozilla Firefox to access the Form Builder but viewing the placement of the images in the Form Builder is very different than where the images actually appear when looking at them on the form on the actual web page. This makes it very time consuming to try to figure out where to place the images in the Form Builder.
After I spent hours trying to properly place the images, I finally got them to appear properly when viewing the form on the web page with Mozilla Firefox. But when I viewed the form with Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, it was a mess. The images were in different places, and many of the images were covering form fields, making the form unusable with Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. Do you have a solution for this problem?
FormCraft Basic seems to work better with images. In FormCraft Basic I can add the HTML code for the images to the checkboxes Options field in the form builder and the images appear beautifully on the form, without any problems. The images even become clickable to put checks in the checkboxes. Can you make it possible to add HTML code in the Options field in the FormCraft Premium form builder? If not, can you provide a way for adding a redirect option to FormCraft Basic, so that form users will be redirected to another page after submitting the form?
I was really hoping to be able to use FormCraft Premium because it has some desirable features that don’t currently exist in FormCraft Basic, but if the images won’t display properly in FormCraft Premium I won’t be able to use it to make the visually beautiful and multifunctional forms as I had planned. Please help!

Thank you for replying to my post. nCrafts is using the Basic (free) version of FormCraft to promote sales of FormCraft Premium (the paid version). I think that it’s quite reasonable to assume that the paid version will have all of the features of the free version, and more. I’m disappointed that you’ve added an important feature, which I really need, to your free version which is not available in the paid version. I bought the paid version with the reasonable assumption that it would have the same ability to display HTML code after inserting it in the checkboxes Options field, but it doesn’t. Please provide a solution to this problem as soon as possible. Thank you kindly in anticipation of a speedy resolution to this problem.

There seems to be a problem with the FormCraft Premium interface inside my WordPress 4.1.1. For example: when I try to use the Checkbox option from the left frame options (Dashboard, Save, Options, Styling), it only allows me to scroll down the left frame as far as “3. Validation Compulsory Field? (whether or not hidden by default)” but I know there should be “4. Conditional Laws” below that, but it won’t scroll down that far. How can this be resolved?
I have resolved the interface display problem by “dismissing” some notices in my WordPress administration. Removing the notices has apparently allowed more display space for FormCraft.
I still have the problem of the HTML code in the Checkbox Options not displaying images, and where is the “Allow Multiple Selections” option for checkboxes? Please help.

I used the image field (in FormCraft Premium) to place images below the checkboxes. If I upgrade from the FormCraft Basic Version 1.0.2 to FormCraft Premium, will the form that I’ve already built in FormCraft Basic automatically integrate in to FormCraft Premium or will I have to build the form again with FormCraft Premium if I want to add the premium features to my current form?
It is not possible to import forms to FormCraft Premium. We are working on an import utility, but that could take some time.
I’ve been using FormCraft Basic which has allowed me to put HTML code in the Checkbox Options to display images near the checkboxes. Now I’ve upgraded to FormCraft Premium and built the same form where I put the same HTML code in the Checkbox Options to display images, but FormCraft Premium is not allowing the HTML to properly display. Is it true that the HTML code will only display properly in the Checkbox Options of FormCraft Basic but will not properly display in FormCraft Premium? FormCraft Basic has an “Allow Multiple Selections” option for Checkboxes but I haven’t found this option in FormCraft Premium. Where is this option in FormCraft Premium?
I found that FormCraft Premium allows the capability for multiple options for checkboxes by default.
With Premium you can use the image field, and drag to place it anywhere on the form.

I have this plugin on two sites, it seems to be pulling in the click and submission data on the admin home for one site, then shows the submission tab number as something different. Again I cannot click on any other tabs now and it is all frozen.

For example, I want to build a contact form with several departments, and I want to have different people in the company receive the form information depending on what department was selected.

when I open the exported csv-file in OpenOffice, the collected form-data looks very chaotic. When I go to Submissions in the backend and click on “View” the collected data is much better to read. What can I do to see it like that after export?
My second question is: For the form I´m using labels which are placed outside. So I chose “outside”, not “inside/hidden”. But my lables are inside AND outside. I learned that when I choose “inside/hidden” and then “outside” again, it´s all ok again. But now I always have to do that after working on the form. Otherwise it´s inside and outside again. That´s not very comfortabel for me and my client. Is it possible that it stays outside?

1. Go to the Forms tab. Against each form, you would see a green button which exports the submissions of that form. Try this. It outputs the entries in a different format.

I’m having issues getting the Email Notifications to work properly. My host is GoDaddy – I’ve pulled the User Name, Email, Host (smtpout.secureserver.net), and SSL port directly from the GoDaddy Email Setup Center page. I keep receiving the following error:
Connection could not be established with host smtpout.secureserver.net [Connection refused #111]Sent 0 email(s)
I’ve also tried the TLS setting with all three non-SSL ports listed (same error message).

Hello! huge issue…when the form is responsive (*made smaller the forms title’s of the fields are missing : example Name: (the Title Name is gone) see here: http://www.bridalchapel.com/contact/ make the screen smaller and you’ll see what I mean : like the size of a phone.
Small theme conflict. Edit the file formcraft/css/editor_form.css and find the line:
.placeholder #form_ul .cap_cover
Replace this with:
.nform.placeholder #form_ul .cap_cover

Your form was edited on the domain www.blackpaper.ch, and the above link points to: blackpaper.ch. Captcha doesn’t work cross-domain because of security issues. So, if you put www in the above link, the captcha works.
Ideally, you shouldn’t have a www and non-www version of your site active. Both should point to the same domain.

Hello, I create large forms with 50+ items. My problem is that if I choose a new field it always appears at the end of the form. In fact I have to scroll up the whole form again to place it, if I make modifications or extend an existing form. Is there any way to short that up or place it by drag and drop the new field between two fields?
