Can Sabai Directory support nested listings?
I need to be able to have a listing for a business. This will have general information about their business. Address, contact info, logo, etc.
Then I need to have listings for the products of the business. Products can span a range of categories.
I would like to be able to find a product by category and see what other products and categories that business has. I also want to be able to see a business and find all the products that business produces.
In my case it is software products from software developers. A single software developer may have dozens of products in different categories.
So I need a business listing for the software developer. Then listings for each of its products.
Thoughts?

There is no nesting feature but you can create multiple directories, and show listings from other directories in a custom tab. You will need to add a Paragraph Text field form Directory -> Listings -> Fields -> Manage Form, enable shortcodes under Display Settings of that field so that you can enter a shortcode for the listing to display listings from another directory using [sabai-directory] or [sabai-directory-listings] shortcode.
When I update my sabai trough your panel all of my translations are lost of the plugin.. Why is this happening?

Have you put your language files under wp-content/languages/plugins? If you put the files there, then the language files should stay intact.

You can of course have your listings in those 4 cities only, then the plugin will search those listings only. It is just that the auto-suggestion feature can only be restricted by countries.

Unfortunately fields can not be added to the search form. What you can do however is add fields to the filter form from Directory -> Listings -> Fields -> Manage Filters

Is there a way to rate a listing using a 3rd party plugin such as wp review pro? I would like to use their plugin but it does not show up within the add listing page.
The wp review pro shows up for pages and posts but not your plugin. Also, short codes does not seem to work within your add listing content editor.

Unfortunately I do not think that is possible. Technically that is possible, but will require quite amount of custom developed code.

As the “add-listing procedure” is now, a user
1. selects a plan 2. chooses a payment method, for instance PayPal 3. is redirected to Paypal and pays 4. is redirected back to the site where he again has to confirm his order.
After this, the administrator has to manually approve the order.
Step 4 doesn’t seem logical. After a user has paid, he doesn’t expect (or want) to have to approve the order/payment again. Is it possible to change the redirect-url somewhere in the code?
And is there any way that an order paid with PayPal can be automatically approved after the payment has gone through?

Just to report same as user eddienegHi, after the update the pages for Dashboard and Add New listing, etc. are not showing up. I tried cleaning the cache and nothing. This update messed up my website.Thought that it was something to do with theme, then maybe permalinks, then other plugins, tried everything, but nothing worked… Even a clean new install on default wp theme gives error – Page cannot be found…

You can configure which field to be displayed on certain places of the plugin from Directory -> Listings -> Fields. Please take a look at the following FAQ for more details. 1: How can we change the plans of an listing during its period of validity? Example: plans 2 free months (60-day) to a level two months pay (premium ads) etc., the top button of ad just gives us the possibility to edit the ad without changing the plan!
2nd: I don’t understand the function claim except edit the ad and will not able to do again. I do not see the interest of it …... can you explain to me the function “claim (s)”
3rd: I created plans and ad-don plans, ad-don plans do not appear when creating a new ad, and not in the function claim ” claim ”????

1) Only administrators are allowed to change the current payment plan. If users need more features, you can provide those features as add-on plans.
2) The claim listing feature in a business directory site is a very common feature. Please take a look at the FAQ for more details on claiming listings. http://codecanyon.net/item/sabai-directory-plugin-for-wordpress/4505485/faqs/15158
3) Add-on plans can only be ordered on top of a base plan. Add-on plans can be ordered from the directory dashboard page in the frontend once the listing is claimed.

Sorry but I am not sure if I understood your question. If you mean that you would like to submit ratings when you create a listing, unfortunately that is not possible since ratings are calculated based on the reviews submitted for the listing.
Well it doesn’t have to be ratings based on reviews, just simple and easy way to show how I rate this listing independently from the reviews.
Unfortunately that is currently not possible.

It worked. but the cropping of 32×32 is still happening even after re-uploading the image, so my images look stretched, where can I change the crop setting of the thumbnails
You can change that from Settings -> Sabai -> File. You will need to re-upload the files again after the change.

We have installed this directory plugin to our site http://bigacare.com. This was installed last year and we can open the dashboard > payment > plan. But now, when we go to the plan and make some changes it all shows in white screen. I disabled all plugins except to this but still no luck. Is there any fixed on this?

I have error encountered when I upgraded the plugin this is the error I received : Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sabai_wordpress_directory_init() (previously declared in /home/bigacare/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sabai-directory/sabai-directory.php:16) in /home/bigacare/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sabai-directory/sabai-directory.php on line 18
Also the page where i put the directory is redirecting to know where and resulted this error as well.
The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.
So what I did was I reload my backup again to return it to normal as it is live site.
Let me know how to resolve those errors

You will first need to convert the single listing page into actual WordPress page from Directory -> Settings -> Pages.

hi onokazu, I have cheched Directory -> Settings -> Pages. There is option in Add Listing Page >>”Use an existing page” and “Add listing” page is chosen. I go to “pages” and find “Add Listing” page and view it… and get “404 Not Found” This page is empty (status is published) and was empty before and I never edit or add something in this page.
