Hi, I have a pre-sale question. I would like to sell gift card that is specifically tailored to allow the gift card user to only pick products from 2 categories (this can be done, I’m sure) and to only pick a pre-fixed quantity for the 2 categories above. To better illustrate, please refer to the below.
Gift card rules: user must redeem 3 items from Category A and 3 items from Category B. FYI, I have many different items in each category.

I have designed 4 different kind of gift cards. 10$, 25$, 50$ and 100$ each of them as a single product with an own sku. When i purchase 4×10$ coupons everything works fine – the customer gets the email including 4 coupons with 10$ each.
If a 10$ and 25$ gift card are purchased in a single order, there is just one coupon being included in the email, but both of the coupons are generated in woocommerce.
How to solve this problem?
Hi, I have emailed the author at least 4 times and not heard back. Would it be possible to have a response or a refund?
Here are the 2 issues:
1) If a customer adds if the cart the gift card and other items, the plugin is not sending the gift card to receiver. Can the customer add other items in the cart or only one gift card can be added in order to work? (My server is able to send emails).
2) Can a customer input his own amount between 10 and 1000? This feature was supposed to be added in the plugin update 2 months ago. Was this done?

Pre-sale question: I’m using Woocommerce to sell event tickets on my site, and I would like to use this plugin to enable buyers to buy a card which will give them access to a limited number of these events (4 tickets in total). Once they used all their available tickets they would have to buy a new card. Is this possible?

Hi, I just bought the plugin and have 2 problems : 1/ The buyer does not receive the coupon email (spam checked but nothing, order set as completed and order email received). 2/ the shortcode [total] shows the total amount of the cart but not only the amount of the gift coupon. Help please. thanks
The coupon code is sent to the buyer email address. Please make sure your server is able to send emails.
Hello, I would love to purchase your plugin but I would like to know. Is it possible to include notes in the gift cards when a gift card is sent. For example I would like to tell my mum “Happy birthday mum, love from Chukwuma. Buy yourself that nice shoe we talked about”
Secondly, because I may sometimes sell a N50,000 gift card for the rate of say N45,000…would the recipient of the gift card know the exact amount the gift card was bought? Or is it that the recipient will just know the value of the gift card and not the price? Thanks as I anticipate your reply.
And also, you are familiar with the ability of being able to increase the number of products you want to purchase from stock. My question is this: If I purchase a gift card of N40,000 (Quantity 5) does the receiver automatically get N200,000 gift card coupons? Or does the receiver get N40,000 coupon in 5 places? Email has a template . Edit the template to your desired language.

I have purchased 2 gift cards(like, $50 and $70 Gift Card) at a time and both gift cards coupon code automatically generated in admin like, 1) wcg-f736a-50, 2) wcg-5a4b2-75
But customer got only 1 coupon code(‘wcg-f736a-50’) in their email. but they should be get both coupons in their mail.
So can you please give me solution, how can plugin send both coupons in their email?

We purchased this plugin just before Christmas, and we can’t seem to get it working properly. I also sent an email and haven’t heard anything back yet.
Basically, we want to have gift vouchers on a separate section on our website where the customer can add the particular amount to their cart. For example £10, £25 etc etc. Can you please provide details on how to make this happen.

In the email there are few lines of text that I cannot translate without touching woocommerce-gift-card.php. Things like ‘Additional message from sender:’ and ‘You’ve received the gift voucher…bla bla’. Anyway to do it without modifying the core file and losing the edit at every update? Thnx
One more thing…. is there a way to let the receiver know the expiration date of the voucher in the email? I think [date] just show the purchase date….
