Everything’s minified. Can you provide the unminified version of jquery.form.min.js, as well as modal and anything else associated with your work? I need to be able to modify your source.

Is there anyway to hide some of the form and depending on how people answer, then certain content is revealed? If not, is there any way to separate the form with tabs? I only ask because I’d like to create a long form, but I don’t want it to look overwhelming for someone.
